Brilliant dealership, I have purchased 2 cars from here now and have had an amazing experience with both, from all the sales staff to the receptionists, technicians, and especially Jon (McLaren brand manager) they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people, the way you are treated is second to none, I have made many friends here now and I am always made welcome and invited in for coffee when passing.

What a fantastic buying experience I had with McLaren Bristol.
It was my first supercar purchase, so I was very tentative in actually going into a dealer, as I thought I would feel intimidated... how I was wrong!
Jon (Brand Manager) and his Specialist Matt were very knowledgeable, and they were very patient with me ( I had a lot of questions!!!!). I would certainly recommend McLaren Bristol to anyone out there who is thinking of a McLaren!!

Fantastic service. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. It was a hard decision to depart from a Bentley GT V8 which led to a somewhat protracted deliberation. Nevertheless they were understanding and patient and above all did not force the decision by overselling the car leaving the ultimate decision to be mine, although they did present the car in an irresistible way. After searching for many years for one company to look after my many and diverse automotive needs, I had lost faith that one actually existed. That all changed when Rybrook Bristol opened its doors in September 2016.
Rybrook's McLaren Brand Ambassador Jonathan Campbell-Andrews, together with his whole team, delivers the best customer service that I have experienced anywhere in the automotive world. The same can be said of Rybrook's Bentley Brand Ambassador James Rees. They make you feel that you can rely and depend upon them, with nothing being too much trouble, both teams going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, at least they do with me!
Over the years, I have owned and been a customer of most of the major brands, all through different franchised main dealers; Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Land Rover. You’ll note the absence of ‘McLaren’, it was Jonathan C-A that changed that, he and his team gave me the final degree of comfort to take that step, and I am so pleased that I did. Just about to collect my first McLaren, a 720S.
I am looking forward to a long and enjoyable journey (or should I say ‘grand tour’) together with Rybrook Bristol!

We were greeted at the door by a friendly lady who explained that there were customers collecting cars on the day and not to take photos of cars which had the reg plate showing as they were customers cars which was understandable, we were able to explore the whole showroom uninterrupted, many beautiful cars on sale 👍

This dealership has only recently opened its doors so i was worried when purchasing a car from them,but i needed not to worry there mclaren dept headed up my jon is second to none and you really get the one to one personal touch and service which personally i feel accounts for alot.I would have no hesistation in recommending this dealership or staff,my only recommendation is to make sure your wallet stays at home lol.We purchased a Mclaren from them but we have also been introduced to Bentley and RR and 100 percent service is there aim in all depts plus they make a lovely coffee.
