Just bought my first Porsche at Bristol site and couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish Marcus was the consumate professional to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about buying a Porsche to contact these guys. Kier and Marcus will go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding service.

Mike and Jason created a fantastic environment, comfortable, knowledgeable and what’s more an experience! Nothing was too much compared to that of Tewkesbury who couldn’t even be bothered to arrange a test drive. In fact, they made me feel like the Porsche brand was too good for me. Bristol was the total opposite which was why after a short conversation over a flat white I parted with my deposit and bought a new Panamera. Unfortunately Mike proceeded to tell me it was his last sale due to a new career. Good luck, and thank you!

My experience with Bristol Porsche has been nothing but excellent. From the point of first enquiry during lockdown through to a new enquiry recently, the centre put my needs first and made me feel important to them. Steffi and Phil merit special mention, especially Steffi for her lead in the sale and arranging test drives and delivery. Humour, personality, knowledge, passion for the brand…. This was not a normal car experience! Andy, the dealership principal, runs a good show. I can’t recommend the centre enough.

Having worked myself in the motor trade at high end dealers for over 25 years, I cannot recommend this dealer high enough, Richard and his team in the Parts department sorted out an issue that arose like true professionals. It has meant that they will now be the only dealer I use as I believe in loyalty, and have now booked my car in for some work as feel I finally have a dealer I can fully trust with my car that means the world to me, and that gives me great peace of mind.

Euan and the rest of the sales team dealt with all my questions and reassured me when making spec choices at the beginning of the year without being able to come to the dealership and look at colours etc. The wait was worth it. very excited about the new car and its personal specification. Bought a 2018 cayman, amazing service. Dealt with Chris, he was brilliant! Finance was set up really fast and the service when I picked the car up was amazing! Will definitely be using this dealer again/another Porsche main dealer! *Update* Myself and Family bought a 911 Turbo S and Cayman GT4. Exceptional customer service. Despite the fact that you can’t bring your car for service on the same-day appointment, the service was taken by professional staff. They not only fix the problem that the car have but also cleaning both interior and exterior of the car free of charge.

We as customers need to wise up ,I have recently obtained a Porsche boxster986s 2000 old girl and in need of some TLC anyway needed a hose so what did I think internet for parts WRONG , won't mention the site but anyway quoted £43 for a hose and a 10 day delivery date ,as I had removed the hose needed one quick so rang Lovetts Porsche Bristol and spoke to the parts manager Kevin ,part not in stock but available for tomorrow morning and guess what £23 for this hose arrived at 9.00am greeted by receptionist and within minutes I was on my way so you can guess that I had this list and got it all from Kevin so the motto is check first with the Main dealer not think it's going to be cheaper on the internet and also and most importantly it's all genuine parts so lesson learnt I'm 64 and it's never to late ,so can I give a big thank you to Kevin and James in parts and the girls on reception they treated me in a fantastic friendly way you would have thought I was buying a Gt3 .
