First service on my 12 month old Vitara yesterday. Cost similar to the one other quote I received but my impression was that the staff were trying really hard to provide a very good service. On top of the service the car was very nicely cleaned. I received a courtesy car (max 50 miles and £6 to cover typical petrol usage). Roadworthy also spotted a fault with some recent bodywork (part not fitted) and provided paperwork to enable the bodyshop to order the correct part. They did this at no charge.

Took my Suzuki Swift in for a service and MOT nothing was too much trouble from Chris on service. Courtesy car was ready when I got there so no hanging about. He noted anything that that I was concerned about on the car, , and told me that I would receive a progress call the next day on the Thursday received the call as promised and then was told I would be called again when my car was finished which I was. I brought my car last year with the help from staff. They assisted me with colour choices, spec and everything in between. He helped me get the best deal. Suzuki Swifts are lovely to drive and surprisingly spacious. I think his name is Bernard and he’s great. You get free AA breakdown cover for the first year and Free excess cover for the first year too! I received an email from Suzuki and had no idea what it meant so I visited the store and they went through everything with me. They put the time aside to assist me with all my car questions and I’m now covered for longer with Suzuki. My car had his first year service done yesterday and the staff even cleaned my car! Such lovely people. The staff are LOVELY!! The team work so efficiently and they are a great help. I also receive a curtesy car during my service which was great so I could continue working and collected the car later in the day. Will definitely be returning! I’m so thankful for them. With understanding and ability to take onboard requests from customers that are disabled puts them head and shoulders above the rest. I would not trust any other garage to touch my car for servicing, MOT and occasional repairs. The outcome is always good and if there are any problems Chris and his team immediately solve these. Obviously Suzuki cars are pretty sturdy if you treat them well to begin with, but all cars develop concerns and having a garage to go to that I trust is invaluable.

I booked the service for my Swift online and found I was close enough to have my vehicle collected by Roadworthy in Fishponds, who I had used before. The vehicle was collected from my home and a courtesy car was made available. I was updated with progress of the service online, which I didn't expect and a fault that I had mentioned was rectified during the service at no extra cost. The vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed and payment made over the phone. It was pointed out that a couple of tyres were low on tread and a quote was given to replace them, but no hard sell or scaremongering, which was appreciated. My car is 4 years old,so could be serviced outside the dealer network, but the pricing is competitive and the service is excellent, so highly recommended.

Visited Roadworthy this week for my Suzuki's annul MOT. As is always the case I was dealt with in the most friendly and courteous manner by Chris and Rob. Thoroughly recommended for all servicing and MOT needs.

This was my first visit to Roadworthy and I will certainly be back. From my first telephone contact with Maria, they couldn’t have been more helpful. My car service was carried out on time and at the agreed price and the car was returned to me beautifully valeted.

Bought and collected a 3 year old car from a different dealer on Friday 17th January and the sat nav wasn’t working. Spoke to Chris Hoare at Roadworthy Fishponds mid morning Monday 20th January who pretty much diagnosed the fault over the phone. Chris asked when could I bring the car in, 2pm today i said. Great bring it in and we’ll take a look. By 3pm the sat nav had received a software fix and was all sorted. It wasn’t just the problem solving that was so impressive it was the whole customer service experience from the minute my 4 year old daughter and I walked through the door. Chris and Jen introduced themselves, would you like a coffee? would your daughter like anything? Chris came over and says the car will be about half an hour the techs have just started on it. Half an hour later Chris has explained what they did and has asked if i would like the radio reprogrammed as he will do it for me. Literally he could have done no more to help he was brilliant. Problem with my vehicle occurred on my way home on Friday 25 Jan. Telephoned garage at 4.55pm upon getting home and the car was booked in for 8am the following Monday 28th. A number of other problems were identified which were discussed with me and repairs were authorised. The necessary spare parts were delivered within the hour from the parts supplier and all recommended repairs were completed by 11.30am that day. To recap, I was impressed with the speedy service provided by Chris H and team, plus the fact that the mechanic/s identified the other problems (okay, accept the fact that business is business and this means more profit but also appreciative that I was unaware of the identified problems that would have resulted in further visits to the garage or resulted in a breakdown).All staff encountered(including the cleaners!) were polite and friendly. Good service all round and dare I say it, at a reasonable cost! Thanks to all.

Really quick to service and also all staff at Fishponds are very friendly, polite and professional. Have the option of having a coffee, tea, hot chocolate or just a bottle of water while you wait as you can sit down as there is a sofa and chairs provided however I came back later during the day, very happy on recieving a report on my car to let me know what they found or needs changing. Will use Suzuki for all my future cars now due to the quality of service the staff provides.
