Bought a Ford galaxy 2014 titanium x. Lovely looking car great price. Came with 3 months warranty which we needed to use after a couple of weeks. Josh and Joe took care of everything with no hassle or worries and sorted the problem at their expense. I couldn't recommend them more highly, very friendly and professional. The car drives perfectly now and i have towed our caravan to Devon twice with absolutely no problems. Thanks for all your efforts at taking care of the problem. Would highly recommend this garage.

Bought "Renault Grand Scenic" about 6 months back. Writing this review after using car for long time. Joe and team is extremely helpful and professional. I even personally suggested one of my friend and he bought "Ford Fiesta" from Select. Such a great and hassle free experience.

Flew from Glasgow to view a VW Golf that was for sale. The guys were very accommodating to me and stayed late on a Saturday so that I could view the car. I was sent pictures/Videos via WhatsApp and left on my own while viewing. No pestering or pressure from the lads what so every which is nice. I can see this may come across as rude to some but for me it’s perfect. Hassle free test drive as well. Price agreed and deal done. On the drive home noticed a small issue. This was rectified by a local garage and full invoice was paid for by Select Cars of Bristol and since then I haven’t had to use the warranty. All in I’m very pleased with the service provided and quality of the car. Would definitely recommend.

I have just bought a Skoda Octavia Elegance from them that was advertised on Auto Trader. Joe and Nathan were excellent and helpful throughout, sent me detailed video views of the car as well as photos of all the paperwork and servicing. The car was delivered to Sheffield for a good price, with a full service and MOT. A great car and excellent customer service for a fantastic price!

Very busy when I went. Car was already for a test drive when I arrived ( arrange on phone earlier that day). Negotiated a price. Job done. Was a bit disappointed that they didn't clean it before I collected it. But was happy with the out come. I would buy from them again.

New car was delivered within 2 days of me saying I wanted it, unfortunately the night before someone had stolen a plastic cover from the car 🙄 replacement was ordered, painted and fitted to my car within a couple of weeks! I'd highly recommend this car dealer as I'm a believer in it's not how you start it's how you finish. We've had bad luck in the past buying cars from dealership's and from the start it was an easy and transparent process and a massive plus for me was the after care as I had a problem with the car and I took it to a local garage of my choosing and the bill was settled by the dealer when usually in my experience they'll try and get out of it. So I'd be more than happy to purchase another car in the future.

Bought a car from this dealer earlier this year and because of the complications of Covid and the timescale in which the car was required it arrived (delivered from Bristol to Cardiff) with a couple of minor issues. The fellas at Select agreed for me to get the issues sorted, battery, boot lock and window regulator and send them the bills or I could have returned it and they'd have got the works done . At every stage they kept have their promises and have reimbursed every penny spent, even some costs that wouldn't have technically been covered by the warranty. Anyway , I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Select Cars as a trustworthy dealer and would definitely try use them again if and when we're looking for another vehicle. This is the first car that we have purchased from Select Cars of Bristol. We were a little apprehensive due to covid restrictions. We found the car through auto trader and sent a message. We promptly received a message back offering to bring the car to us. This was where I was a little worried. I thought that as they had gone to the trouble to bring the car to us they would push us to buy it. However this was not the case. Josh came over and allowed us as much time as we wanted to look over the car, we then test drove the car, there was no pressure for us to buy it. He simply asked us to let them know. I then contacted Nathan once we decided we wanted the car and he arranged to drop the car to us at a time convenient for us, he provided us with all the car history paperwork and even replaced the wiper blades as he noticed they weren't perfect when driving the car over. I highly recommend Select Cars of Bristol and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

If you find these guys you have found the proverbial "Needle in the haystack"! People who take their craft seriously and value their reputation above any individual sale. Nathan has been in the motor trade since he was a teenager... And he LOVES it! I bought an Audi A4 Allroad in July 2020 and it is a fabulous car! Nathan, Brad and the rest of the team were SUPER helpful. We had a few teething problems after I had bought the car BUT Nathan was as helpful and responsive as he had been before I bought the car. Having shopped around for some time. Finally found the perfect car at Select Cars Bristol. Very helpful, friendly but not pushy salesman. The car was showing as finance outstanding on the hpi check when I did it. But having phoned the finance company was told there was no outstanding finance. It was just slow in the data update. Staff were very helpful getting the relevant documents to prove no finance was outstanding. Car came with 12 months mot. Service and a body mop. Very happy with the service and our new car. In response to carol west, Nothing but SLANDER, the engine management light was illuminated due to insufficient fuel, no faults found. Buyers ignore this fictitious review, This lady has selective memory as she was offered several options before returning the car (i.e to book into a main dealer for diagnostics report and for any work to be carried out free of charge). THIS WAS DECLINED People are always too quick to write a bad review, with over 1000 cars per year sold you will encounter a percentage of unreasonable people. We deal with customers in a professional manner but ultimately you are buying a used car that will go wrong at some point and we believe its how we react and deal with any issue in a reasonable time scale,

Need a car ASAP. We broke down on the M5! The car was dead. Grandchild due imminently down in Bournemouth.
