Definitely recommended. Great friendly service from South West Vans and commercials, phoned up about a car I liked and spoke to a nice gentleman, they had put up a video of the car as well as a host of pictures so knew the condition of the car. Paid a £1k deposit, chose a delivery date and time of my own choice, the car was driven from Bristol to me in Bedfordshire. Free delivery is included in the sale up to 300 miles. Given as long as I liked to go over the car and take it for a test drive with the delivery guy on trade plates. The guy that turned up to deliver the car was friendly and told me how the car was when driving on the motorways, luckily I have a 60mph road about 1 minute from my house, but you have an hour with the car so could take it for a longer spin if needed. Paid the rest of the car off once I knew I was happy with the car. Came with a years AA cover, which if you already have AA will give you an upgrade. I already had the top AA coverage so it was pointless for me but nice it was included. Also a 6 month warranty with the auto group was included. The car itself was clean, the engine bay was spotless. Can't complain. Overall very happy with the car, saving me money already.

Great friendly service, fast responding and great next day delivery. Vehicle description could be a little better on used vehicles as I found a few things not listed. (Can't complain as I didn't view the vehicle) and part exchange rates where very low. Would recommend!

Great video and photographs of the car. Fantastic customer service from all the team, especially Claire, Jay and Top Marks to Nav for the the video and photographs.
