Can’t recommend sutherland enough, bought a few vehicles off of them now and never let down🙌🏼 I’ve always dealt with jack here, he’s very knowledgeable and helpful Been to many dealerships before hand and not one has came close to the customer care before and after sales. Where as most garages don’t want to know you after the sale. Won’t be going anywhere apart from these guys for my future cars👍🏼

I have very recently purchased what is possibly One of the least mileage Honda S2000's off these guys. I initially spoke with Ollie and hit him like a whirlwind and was that convinced he was truly genuine, I bought the car over the phone there and then, Something I Never do. On collection Day I arrived early as I'd travelled a long way from North Wales to Somerset. Jack had obviously sneaked in when i was getting 40winks. He woke me up and invited me in ( I Was Very Impressed) this place is Special. Jack showed me around the car and then whilst I used the facilities, Jack had lowered the roof got the trade plates on and told me to just go for a drive, for as long as I liked. (Now that has never happened to me before). Back upstairs Josh introduced himself asked what would I like drink (he made the coffee as requested)) whilst Jack and I completed the paperwork. What a place I arrived as a customer and left as a true friend Super people and I'd use them every time if I could. It's an 11/10 from me Par Excellence. Well done guys. Vicki x

How refreshing to find a friendly, helpful, relaxed, no pressure family run business with top quality cars for sale. I found the type of car I really liked and a fair deal was on the table for mine but it was just missing one too many internal specifications that I would personally miss. So whilst we didn't proceed on this occasion I'm sure it won't long before I buy from them. I dealt with Jack, Sam and Otter and everyone made me and my wife very welcome. Have bought two cars from Sutherland a RS3 and now a 911. The atmosphere is relaxed and "not main dealer" which is exactly what I want - first name terms and super friendly. Cars are always well presented and detailed before delivery. The guys always deliver and when I have an enquiry its done and sorted without fuss. Servicing guys also seem helpful. They are now my go to place for cars, would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for luxury / performance cars.

I bought a Porsche 991 off Sutherland cars, having previously bought from Official Porsche Centres. The car was bought unseen as I live 3.5 hours away. It was prepared to a very high standard and was exactly as described. When I arrived they had fitted 2 new (correct) front tyres and a fresh MOT that I had not requested. Overall a very good buying experience from a professional outfit.

I purchased a BMW 220D XDrive in April, I dealt with Ollie who was very professional and made the whole buying experience one to remember. As I was buying the car from a long distance I asked for videos of the car to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. Ollie quickly sent me over plenty of detailed videos which where a great help. Buying the car was the best car buying experience I've had, the car was very well presented and everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. While buying the car I decided to opt for the extended warranty, as I live around 200 miles away from the showroom we discussed how the warranty would work if anything where to happen and it was agreed that I would be able to send the car to a BMW approved garage around in my area. I encountered a few issues with the car after a few months of owning it, spoke to Ollie who replied straight away and was keen to help me get it sorted, booked the car into a BMW specialist and it was all sorted within the week, no arguments about price or who's liability it is- the car is now bang on. I would recommend this garage to anyone, very good buying experience and very friendly place to buy a car. Thanks again for everything? Joe

I've had 3 cars over the past 3 years with Sutherland Cars now and every single one has been absolutely perfect. I have never had any issues with any of my cars and have always had full confidence in these guys. Bought an A45 AMG from them in February, great service and very professional. I nornally buy from manufacturers but this was the first time venturing into the trade dealer World. The after sale service was incredible, and Ollie really sorted me out as I was unhappy with the tyres and agreed to offer a gesture even when he didn't need to as technically there was no issues! Sutherland's recently sold my R8 on a sale or return basis. The team were a pleasure to deal with. They had my car sold within 60 days and achieved a great price. Recently purchased a Mercedes E class estate from Mpower cars, after driving the vehicle for two weeks the tyre pressure monitor warned me that one of my rear tyres had lost pressure.I took it to my local tyre fitters and was amazed at the condition of the tyre, as you can see in the photo. I had to have both rear tyres replaced at a cost of £520, the advert stated that all the cars are checked to the highest standard, and that the tyre condition was excellent, what was more surprising is I was allowed to drive 170 miles home with the tyres in that condition. When i contacted Mpower, i was told that I either ran over something? or I slit the tyre?. Be aware of there false advertising.

Don’t usually do reviews but thought on this occasion I must share my experience with Sutherland cars.. We were greeted by Ollie and his brother Josh who we got chatting to.. It was immediately apparent that these were really nice guys and pretty much the opposite of pushy sales guys.. We went on a really nice test drive (just me and my partner) around chew valley lake and when we returned to the dealership we not pushed or pressured at all into the car .. We had a couple of really nice coffees and came up with a fair deal all round and decided to go for the car .. They then sorted out the finance and private plates for us and the car was ready for collection the following week.. Unfortunately they had forgotten to put more fuel in and was almost empty but to be fair they had gone far and beyond with everything else and instantly took the car off for more fuel .. All in all a great experience from a nice family and great to deal with normal guys .. Thanks again to the team ! All the best Alex

Bought a 1 series M sport from Jordan at Sutherland cars. We noticed that the car was over due its main oil service even though the team had promised me this would be done prior to sale. When I called to explain it hadn't been done and wasn't best happy, the guys were really helpful and explained it had been a simple oversight. I popped in the next day and Dave at the service department soon had me in a free courtesy car and had my car done the same day. Although I think the service should have been picked up prior, they couldn't of been more professional and helpful in getting the car sorted. Loving my new car and will def use the guys for all my future servicing.

Words cannot describe the level of service i received - The chilled and laid back atmosphere really made choosing my performance car easy, i was freely able to test drive a couple of decent well looked after cars and we done a deal on my own car in part exchange. There was no hard push sales tactics and i was able to browse freely. Ollie dealt with me at first and passed me over to Jordan who sorted the financial side of the deal, whilst i waited we were introduced to David and Jack who service and prepare the cars and what nice gentleman they were, i could tell i was in good hands... Wanted to leave a good review as Jack was very honest when I called to enquire about an M4. He sent me a video walk around of the car that he did there and then, not pre recorded. Bought my BMW 330i a year ago and delighted with its reliability and performance. The service was due and so i thought as SC know so much about these cars i would get it serviced there. Dave is their manager/ mechanic and he is excellent. The car was done as requested. A week later one of my ABS wheel sensors went wrong. Once again Dave new what it was. He fixed it with courtesy car in 4 hours. I look on their website weekly hoping something i can afford takes my fancy. I'll be back

Having seen the exact spec of car I'd been after for a while I rang to enquire and took the risk of buying the car sight unseen due to my location. This was something I never thought I'd do but having noticed the quality of cars on the website and then speaking to the guys over the phone I could tell this wasn't your typical second hand car dealer. I was sent a 360 video tour of the car and also told of any minor details on the car (it is 6 years old). They also delivered the car to my house in a professional and friendly manner. Upon inspection the car was in the exact condition I expected, if not better and drove like it was brand new. I'd highly recommend these guys if you're looking to buy from them.

Hi I visited SSC after seeing a second hand Merc CLK which looked great. I made the visit and was impressed with their stock. They clearly major on BMW but also had some rare supercars. I met Oliver and took over my car to trade. After a road test and some negotiation we did a deal which I was happy with. They pushed the AA warranty hard and as the Merc is a expensive motor to fix I thought it made sense. I had to go back as the glove box would not open. As you would expect I took it to Dave their mechanic and it was sorted while I wait. I would certainly go back but clearly they are only as good as the stock they hold. My advice is source the car, check the service record and take out the AA warranty. Job done.
