S. A.Buying a new car has always been a bit of a hit and miss experience but I looked at Tailored Autos feedback and decided to take a chance, as previous reviews couldn't rate them higher. I bought the vehicle without seeing it first and had it delivered to my door. I can say I am very pleased with it and the service I received. On inspection, it had one issue that needed attention. Vik was straight on it and solved the problem by securing next day delivery for the missing part. After dealing with them I get the sense there is a proffessional pride in what they do and wouldn't hesitate to use then again.

Cant say im pleased spending more or less £1000 on basic checks and repairs as many basic and non-essential features didnt work, the car unlock wasnt working right when i serviced the car, changing timing belt and so on.
Still not their fault but the after sales experience was bit taxing on my wallet. Still they are good so dont want people getting the wrong idea - just the fact that I could have gotten a better car for its total cost wasnt ideal.
