D. R.These guys are great. I went here after was quoted 3x as much at another Ford garage for the same work! Not only do they charge a decent price they also got me in within a couple of days and had it done within half a day. This was the week before Christmas and they did everything to get it done so I had my car for travel!
I will def be using them as my service and mot in the future as they have my trust and appreciation. Thank you!

They were incredibly professional, always replied immidiately to any of my questions, very friendly, and the car we got was perfect. These guys really went the extra mile. They followed the Corona rules very seriously, and the made click and collecting of our car a breeze. The after sales support was also great. I definitely recommend Thornbury Motors!

H. E.I have been making the Trip to Thornbury Motors for my annual service and MOT for the past 8 years. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Much better than Brunel or Trust Ford... you are much more than just a number here! Always polite on the phone and in person.
I own a modified Ford and I know I can trust the technicians do a great job trouble shooting and they have proven time and again that they have the experience to come up with some pragmatic solutions. On my most recent visit they saved me a few hundred pounds by spotting identical parts on another model and ordering just the worn parts - not the whole assembly. Similarly they were happy to take apart my Mountune exhaust system, clean it up and refit it for me. It is good as new... honestly I couldn't be happier.
If you already use another Ford dealer... give them a try. The "family run" atmosphere and access to the Ford network makes them hard to beat and you wont want to go elswehere again. Top notch service for better prices than anywhere else I've found. Reccommended!

C. W.First time using Thornbury Motors for a car service. Chose them as the Google reviews were the best around for a Ford garage. Friendly staff. If I was to be really really picky, perhaps the courtesy car could've had a sat nav. Also would've like to have the video check that other Ford garages offer for the service which I would've liked. All in all though. A solid 4 out of 5. Would recommend if you don't care about my picky comments.
