Really good and helpful, experienced staff especially Joe and Luke. Once ordered my new car kept informed of build progress, when car arrived, explained the features of my new car and made to feel at ease I could contact them if I had any questions after leaving. Follow up call made a couple of days after driving away to check I was happy with the car and if there was anything they could assist with. Extremely happy with the overall service of both Joe and Luke. Would highly recommend.

The handover process (admin,part ex etc) went very smoothly. Thankyou to Lewis for his help on the day. Slight disappointment with the cleanliness of the car interior, noticed dirty marks on the ceiling and sun visors and splash marks/water marks on the leather on the back seats and the back of the drivers seat. The ceiling/sun visors were pointed out following our test drive. These were supposed to be dealt with prior to collection.

Disappointed to find when I got home that the glove box had not been cleaned and full of plastic bits and there was a greasy Greggs bag in a pocket in the boot. Clearly not valeted properly.

We went to Ford Cribbs Causeway to look at purchasing a new Ford Kuga. We were met in the showroom by Grace who offered us a drink and asked if she could be of any assistance, we explained the reason for our visit, and she asked us to take a seat and proceeded to take down our requirements. Grace then checked what was available to suit our needs. She was helpful, pleasant, and friendly, and found us a vehicle in stock that suited our requirement's. We were then asked to deal with Conner who did a great job of the paperwork and payment side of things to include Diamond Brite paintwork protection, gap insurance, and a service plan, fantastic as it was the full package all in one place. The turnaround on the car was around 10 days from walking into the showroom and picking up our brand-new car, better than we ever imagined it would be. Thank You to all the Staff at FORD Cribbs Causeway in particular Conner, Grace, and of course Tom for an excellent walk around and hand over of the car when we collected the Kuga yesterday. We would recommend them to anyone, and we will certainly be back in a few years when we are ready to change our car or van next time. Ford misled Stephen Brown as to the supply of this vehicle which I ordered in Dec 2020 . It was due to be built by March 2021so it is 18 months late after numerous delays by the factory so he did his best for me in getting the adaptations done and delivering the car to Ashton Gate near my home.

I recently test drove and purchased a car from the friendly team at trust Ford. Really simple process and drove away on the same day - they turned everything around super speedily. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking to buy their next car.

They did a quick good job with my van, I can not complain. However I am rating low because the quote they gave me, it didn't include VAT. When I picked my van up I was very surprised to pay an extra 20%, out of the blue. I have heard this kind of practices were not allowed anymore.

Took both my vehicles in for service and MOT on the same day, so I completed 4 trips , Peter was on desk that day and was very curtious, polite and friendly. I did also watch the vehicle technicians, drive my vehicles around the parked cars and into the garage, and they did so with complete care. Was nice to see how careful they drove my vehicles, especially as one of mine was a long wheelbase van and the carpark is a bit tight on space. Very pleased indeed.

We accompanied my son on a test drive of one of the used cars recently. The staff were pleasant and patient, and gave us the opportunity to have a reasonable amount of time to asess the vehicle well. Not pushy or restrictive.

Ripped off. Avoid like the plague! Had to go back for a second visit, as they didn't fix the fault the first time. Applied an update, which also stopped my bluetooth from working; which had worked perfectly fine before the visit and for the past 4 years. Didn't listen to what I said. Charged my over £270 for a software update, to fix the problem they caused, and a new value on one tyre. Both needed an in depth and independent diagnostic apparently. Never again, ever! The only good thing they managed to do was a quick clean and hover. UPDATE - 27 Oct 20. Chris phoned from TrustFord after investigating the situation and offered to recompense me towards some of the costs. So a good response from Ford. Always worth raising an issue if you have one.

I noticed a slight fault with my car after it had a timing belt change at Cribbs so I rang them to see if they could help. Within 15 mins they had sent two people out to check the car, they took it away and sorted everything (including a few little extras bits), then delivered the car to my house a few hours later. All sorted, cleaned and refuelled. It was really good service and they were incredibly helpful, I will definitely use them for future work. With that kind of after sale customer care I would thoroughly recommend them.

What a wonderful way to buy a new car, initially Ben and then Richard were so helpful and talked me through the whole process of buying exactly the car I wanted. The car was delivered after being collected in Yorkshire and delivered to us in Cheshire and then our trade in car was driven to Bristol. Despite being told car would be ready a week after deposit out down, it took ten days instead with me having to chase to find out what was going on and why it was late. Being main dealer you'd expect it to be checked over, as that's what they would of done when took the car in, clearly not as when I got home the one thing I forgot to check wasn't working. Rang the next day, got it booked in for warranty repair. Dealer is over an hour away, couldn't get through via phone like to confirm part was in and ready to be installed on agreed day, so drove down regardless. Arrived at dealership to find out part was ordered for wrong car, somehow getting J and T confused when ordering part using registration number? Only reason it's not one star is I'm giving them the opportunity to resolve and reimburse costs to me in fuel for their fault. Not impressed, have launch complaint with Ford Motor Company themselves and will want further from TrustFord. Not impressed from main dealer, expect this from side street dealership.

I want to thank Dave Ferguson and the team for my latest purchase. I bought the Fiesta ST Mk8 and it’s by far the best car I have bought and driven by a country mile. If you are going for a factory built model, do expect a bit of a wait, originally I was told between 4 and 5 months but was I was lucky enough to receive it within 3 but it’s well worth the wait. This is the third time I’ve purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I have always turned to Dave. Thank you once again. A special mention also goes to Dave Pinnock who also went above and beyond. I purchased a used kuga sometime in June'18. Overall it was a good experience. I had a slight hiccup as one door on passenger side had non-functioning electric window and faulty lock, so had to closed it manually each time. The repair took 3 days but courtesy car was provided throughout this period, so not bad. Special thanks to Ben Wintle.. Areas that could be improved perhaps is communication between staff. A miscommunication about being promised a courtesy and then later after few days was told no available courtesy car, it caused unnecessary stress. But this was rectified by Ben by lending his own car to use as courtesy car. i could have easily given a 5 star if not because of the issues i mentioned above.

Not the greatest of experiences. My wife felt that all questions were aimed at me and the salesman was surprised when she also wanted to test drive the vehicle. When specifying a vehicle, it turned out significantly more expensive than a virtually identical one that was on the forecourt. The GFV also suggested that the vehicle would only be worth 41% of what the asking price was. Based on this, a Mercedes has a lower cost of ownership!

If you are considering getting your vehicle serviced here you ought to consider the problem of access. There are no bus stops nearer than the Cribbs Mall and the roads are distinctly unfriendly for pedestrians. In fact I would class the route as positively dangerous after dark, with no footpath, speeding cars on ill-lit or unlit dual carriageways. Admittedly TrustFord will collect you from the Mall IF you can get through to them on their phones, which I was unable to do for about 30 minutes. I would say their operation is targeted at commercial vehicle operations and the private motorist is not well provided for.
