Very friendly service, we had to try several cars due to my elderly mother, and needed something she could get in and out of , everyone was very patient whilst we tried quite a few, and test drive two. We decided on an R class, and I was pleasantly surprised that the lack of hard sale, after a bit of bartering we drove off in our Jew car. The car had its first testing during the hot spell, and I realised the air con needed a charge, I was invited back where they filled up the air con without any fuss. The car then had a slight fault when being floored, I suspected a fuel problem and was very happy to be told to bring the car in the next day where they put an engine cleaner through it which has solved the problem. Yes the car isn’t perfect but it’s a 12 year old car, the paint work is a bit rough when you look closely, however, the fact that they do not quibble when there is an issue and are happy to sort it I think speaks volumes, we have been assured that any further problems to get in touch, maybe it’s how you speak to people at the level of customer service you get in return, but can only speak of my experience.

Well I'm in wales seen a car I wanted at paragon motors and called straight away ( I wanted delivery) was obviously weary about this but after speaking to Matt who guided and was so genuine the whole process I fi hally got my mazda 3 sport delivered today all as described. The process was a worrying time for me as I never got to check car out before being delivered but again Matt was TRUE TO HIS WORD!! and I'm one happy guy and cant thank him and his garage enough STAR MAN .
