I had the pleasure of doing business at Valentine’s Specialist Cars. The owner Valentine, is an extremely professional, presentable and helpful man. I arrived on time for my agreed appointment. The presentation of my prospective purchase “Mercedes SLC” was absolutely immaculate. The car was shown to me looking pristine, gleaming under the lighting from his mini show room. with all documents made available for viewing. I have purchased for my personal pleasure quite a few cars in my 60 odd years from different dealers, often experiencing poor dealer knowledge, lack of eye contact and offers of measly P/X rates. This most definitely IS NOT the case at Valentines, his P/X offer was genuine and proved he wanted to do business and the personal touch, knowledge and help I got from Valentine is the best I have experienced, right down to dealing with the transfer of my private plates for me. There is no hard sell at anytime, I definitely believe that Valentine is an honest car dealer (Gentleman) who makes sure that the car you are looking to purchase has been 100% checked over and presented to it’s best, is fit for purpose and as advertised. I would not hesitate in recommending Valentines to anyone looking to purchase a car with confidence, especially with the one to one personal touch with “The Owner”. As he says in his Business Statement “You won’t be disappointed”. I’ve had my Mercedes a week now and it’s everything I hoped it would be. Thank you Valentine.
