I dealt with Angie. Lovely girl,shes very approachable. Helped me every step of the way. Even Shane text me while he was on holiday. Angie made sure Ford Focus was in tip top condition. Now my housemate wants same car from them. I highly recommend them. I will definitely send anyone to them.

From my very first contact with Angie to the moment the keys were handed over for my new car, the service I experienced from Western Automotive was second to none. Angie worked with my finance company to ensure a swift sales process and the car was not released to me until they were sure that any little issues had been resolved. Throughout the process the communication was fantastic and Angie really exceeded all expectations with the service provided, even coming to collect me so I could view the car as I was without a car at the time. I would highly recommend Western Automotive to anyone.

Visited the garage on a whim, not thinking they would have what I wanted and I came away with a fantastic little car which I love. Shane was really friendly and helpful, not at all pushy. He wasn't trying to sell the car, he let the car sell itself. I was impressed with how transparent he was about the condition and history of the car, and how helpful and patient he was with my endless questions! He even helped me get the bluetooth synced up with my phone and the car. He was a pleasure to deal with and really genuine. He had the car serviced and MOT'd in advance and dealt with a minor issue that came up on the MOT swiftly and painlessly. Over all - very impressed with the level of service and ease of the sales process which was fast and simple with all documents provided. Would happily go back to Shane if I needed to and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Western Automotive. From the first phone call to driving away everything was great, a true car dealership with a no hassle, no pressure approach. The car I purchased was clean and as described. The showroom and forecourt was also clean and well maintained.
