Great selection of kits, paints and other materials. I found tools and paint which I would normally need to buy online. Support your local hobby shops!

Went there 7 years ago when they were closer to the station. So felt sad when I couldn’t find it near the station but while walking along Wyndham arcade was pleased to see it again. Good quality stock and variety of items such as model kits, figures, scale models etc was very pleasing considering it’s hard to get such type of shops in London. Managed to get some good quality tools and was looking to get some more items but couldn’t be loaded with too much considering it was going to be the first leg of our South Wales trip. Service quality was great.

For the modeller, what a shop, couldn't fault it. Everything you need under one roof. If they don't have it - tbey'll get it. They have a web site too...

It's a good shop with a wide choice of models and supplies - but a real lack of Tamiya aircraft in shop and only a small amount of trumpeter models. Please start stocking Tamiya aircraft kits in store

My son and I were struggling with our Tamiya Hornet (combination of user error, inexperience and defective parts). The staff rectified everything going so far as to solder some wires. Amazingly we’d bought the car elsewhere but this didn’t bother the lads. They only charged us for the parts not the hour they spent professionally resolving our problem. Genuinely impressed with level of customer service and would highly recommend them.

The staff here are very good with advice on a multitude of of different scale models and railway sets. Also while their in-store selection of airsoft guns aren't the best they can still order in a gun so long as their wholesaler can stock it. The staff don't pressure you and they have a very friendly attitude towards modelers and airsofters of all skill levels.

This is a nice model shop, doesn't look much from the outside but well laid out on the inside with lots of choice across the model ranges, from build your own models, die cast, planes, BB and airsoft guns, trains and RC cars and parts. The Staff are friendly and polite but there is no pressure sales. There is much parking nearby but it is close to Cardiff central train station. Sadly it dropped a star because the prices seem high compared to other model shops I frequent.

Quite good but a smaller branch than expected and although staff very helpful, the store didn't hold several items their web site said they should have in stock.they could order the items in but unfortunately I couldn't get much of what I wanted. good store but small with a good variety of stock which still disappointed after looking at the online stock.

Models of many and airsoft too. Alot cheaper than hobbycraft with a larger variety of models in all scales. Cracking staff who will let you have a look in the box if your careful.

Not a bad shop. Shadow of its old location stock holding levels low. Don't pop in expecting somthing on the shelf, No humbrol clear or decal solution in stock , only one tamiya extra thin in stock shame as consumables is bread and butter of retail. Website is so old as in 90's old but has a great feature showing stock levels normally anything I want is not in stock. Edit Nov 2017 Antics have now updated there website but i wish they keep on top of there stock properly, never got the kit I go in for last visit no t34's in 1/35 or stugs It's not all grim staff are super, transport links are also great bus pulls up outside (so you could leave the car at home) I have Used antics for years I would rather walk into a shop than shop online. Some people like to chat to staff etc I rather a fully competitive priced & stocked model shop. So 3 stars mostly good
