P. B.I purchased my Volvo XC90 today from Buy and Go Cars. The initial advertisement was excellent including a 4 1/2 minute detailed video. I really felt like I was there viewing the car and was a big reason I called them with interest. From the minute I called to enquire about the car, to me driving away off their forecourt the whole experience was excellent. Rosie took my initial call and was super friendly and helpful and didn’t hesitate to pass me over to her colleague Dan to answer some more technical questions! Again very polite, professional and fulfilled what I needed to know. The owner, Sev even picked me up from Cardiff central train station at short notice (travelling from Birmingham) and I was able to test drive the vehicle before returning back to the garage. After a thorough check over the car to make sure I was completely satisfied Sev handed me over to Amy to complete the transaction over a hot cup of coffee. An overall delightful team that are customer focused and look after you very well. Cheers everyone!

I personally feel its better to express the real experience of the aftercare once you've left the forecourt.
A car is a car afterall.
We did have a fault with the sensor on the car, spoke to Rosie who was always quick to respond, Rosie booked the car into the garage who ordered the part and fitted the new sensor with no charge to myself.
So personally this is what separates Buy & Go cars from other car garages. Thank you for the wonderful customer service / aftercare.

I bought an 09 Mini from here and I absolutely love it. The team were very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly care about their customer service and that people are happy with their purchases.
The pricing was amazingly competitive. I couldn't find a car similar to this one for such a good price anywhere else! There was no need for haggling as the dealer and myself both knew it was a fantastic deal.
All of the cars on display were in great condition and there were a few absolute gems in there, definitely worth a look if you fancy an upgrade.

But the main reason for the 5 star rating is because the staff were honest and transparent at every stage, even taking the time to explain their profit margin on my part-ex. The transaction was so easy and I felt confident in buying from them. Nothing is too much trouble as I had squeaking coming from my breaks and i also noticed a whistling noise too after only owning the car a few days, they got their mechanic to look at it right away and returned it the very next day work completed and a smooth runnjng car.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. There are plenty of dodgy salesmen out there but these definitely are NOT one of them.

On both occasions we were greeted by the owners of the company who were friendly and really wanted to ensure we brought the right car for us. I really can't praise Rosie enough for all her assistance and making me feel at ease on my test drive, she even let me practice a parallel park as it was a bigger car than what I'm normally use to driving. A hub cap was missing from one of the wheels to which Rosie promised she'd sort and true to her word the very next day I received a call to say the new cap was in and it was fitted later that afternoon. We were a bit disappointed with company policy of no further discount on the car prices. However, the prices were cheaper than most places within the market.
The finance side is easy to handle as well. They gave us few finance options which we thought could not passed them but the finance manager was very helpful and tried his best to get the best deal for us. What a lovely man. He gave us the dream car.

H. C.I bought a DS3 from Buy and Go Cars about a month ago. It was a very relaxed selling approach which I appreciated. The buying experience was very, very easy. The car had a few scratches on the door side, and I was told to bring the car back later in the week and this would be rectified. On return, the process was very easy and y car looked brand new within 15 minutes.

I was left alone to browse the cars for sale and the manager opened up the car that I was interested in and left me alone, he just said "come and see me in the office if you want any information " ... perfect I was allowed to look inside the car at my own leisure and check things out. Once I decided that I fancied a test drive he let me drive it for a decent run, not a quick run around the block like so many other car sales companies. There was no hard sale, it was very laid back and easy going. I can't say enough good things about the service I had here. I thoroughly recommend purchasing a car here if your ever looking. I can't wait to pick my car up tomorrow.

They bent over backwards to resolve the problem . I live in Bristol and that meant me driving down a few times, the owner even reimbursed my petrol and toll bridge costs. Being my first time buying a car, I was quite apprehensive about the whole process. I wanted the most hassle-free, straight forward process that would get me a car ASAP. Not really knowing where to start, I took to Google to look for a dealership to start browsing and ended up stumbling upon Buyandgocars.
Their website is very easy to navigate and they have a vast selection of cars to choose from. I was immediately impressed with the attention to detail for each car ad and the fact that each ad followed the same structure made finding the perfect car a breeze. After a few days filtering through results, I chose my car and called up to book a test drive.
I arrived at the Buyandgocars and was greeted by really nice sales person , he showed me to the car for a quick inspection and then to collect the keys for a test drive. He was very informative and attentive when dealing with me, he put me at ease and made the process very smooth and simple.
After being approved for finance and being told that my car was available to drive home that day, I pick up the keys to my new car! To my surprise, they also had phones and computers ready to use to contact insurers and to pay tax.
Overall, my experience at Buyandgocars was amazing! The process is straight forward and simple, the customer service is great and best of all I was able to drive away my new car in just over one hour. I would definitely recommend Buyandgocars to anyone looking for a new car, whether it’s your first or fifth, you can’t go wrong.

As a goodwill gesture the dealer had agreed to replace these with new ones on collection of delivery, my wife and I were so pleased with the overall professionalism and service that was delivered to us from the moment we arrived to when we left and we also received a follow up call to see how we got on with our new car . After looking for a car for over 6 weeks we were about to give up.
We visited another car sales room and they suggested we try the Garage at the end of the road.
WOW.... what a find a good old fashioned Family run Garage, we went in and said what we were looking for, expecting another NO, and Sev said YES!
The car we bought from them is IMMACULATE looks brand new a "Ford C-Max" and perfect for our needs, comfortable for me and my back, plenty of storage and ample room for the dog.
Sev was very relaxed and not at all pushy said that we could test drive it and walk away if needed, and he meant it, his wife Rosie was brilliant, we went through all the paperwork and Paid.
It was the most comfortable and relaxed we had ever been buying a car, we had a good chat and a laugh as well, what can we say,

A. D.HUGE Respect to the amazing team at Buy and Go Cars. I travelled a long way today to pick up my dream car. A received a very warm welcome from all staff and it was such a great experience throughout.
Due to an error that I made when I initially completed documents online, the team had to go the extra mile and redo my whole application for me. Not once did they show any frustration or impatience with me for my mistake. Although I had caused them extra work, It was extremely clear that their main priority was to help me as much as they could and make sure I left a happy customer.
I could not wish for better service. The whole team was amazing! They explained things clearly and helped me understand all my options. I was looked after and I spent most of the afternoon laughing and joking with a beautiful sales woman named Sel.
Not only did Sel do her job professionally and efficiently, she also made the time I was with enjoyable. On top of that, I had previously been quoted very high insurance quotes on several comparison sites. Sel gave me a tip to try when I returned home, I tried it and low and behold, thanks to her advice, I have just now (which has prompted this review) saved over 30% on the insurance for my new car.
Huge shoutout to Sev who I believe is the owner. He was amazing and truly did more for me than I could ever expect. His generosity and level of care for me was incredibly.
Wonderful company, so happy I went to them. Also a big thank you to Dan who although I spent only a little time with, had an amazingly enthusiastic attitude.
