I bought my 1st Audi last week, a gorgeous white Q2. We were greeted on our 1st visit very warmly by a young female member of staff who advised us her colleague would come to assist us shortly. Which he did. We met Simon who was incredibly professional with his car knowledge! He was very patient showing us lots of options as browsed around. When I finally decided on the vehicle I was going to buy, nothing was too much trouble. Including the prompt call backs,, the reception staff passing messages, and the guidance throughout the whole process. To sign finance documents I could only make it on a Wednesday which was Simon’s day off, but even that was no problems, his colleague Andrew very kindly stepped in and ensured everything was taken care of. Another great guy explaining everything clearly to me. On collecting my Audi Q2 I received a lovely surprise bottle of fizz in my spotless car. Simon then spent a huge amount of time showing me all the controls and tips I may find useful. I drove off nervously but was absolutely thrilled with my Q2 during the journey home. A few days later Simon called me to check in how everything was going,, another nice touch of the impeccable customer service I’ve received throughout. Many thanks to the whole team.

Had some warranty issues that needed to be resolved on my TTS. Had some issues with the advisor at first and had to contact Audi UK. As soon as things went to Dylan at Cardiff things happened fast and he was polite and resolved all of my issues. He also aligned my bonnet for me and is a good guy from what I have seen of him. Dylan you have turned this from a 1 star to what would of been a five star if it was just with you in the first place. Cheers and I love the car now it's sorted. I will be back as long as he does not leave.

Standard range of Audi cars. Standard range of sales men with bog standard text book patter. Customer service and knowledge of the specifics of cars was severely lacking in sales staff. The ones i dealt with were young and very inexperienced. Some things come with age and personality...Not reading from a text book. They are interested in making sales. Only. Ask about boot capacity and they stare into boot space trying to figure out what's bigger. Like a deer in headlights. I'm trying not to be negative but when sales staff promise to call you, forget to do so and when you turn up again and they pretend they never met you before, it's bare faced shame. Just because they are Audi, sales do have a chip on their shoulder. As a customer who went to another Audi branch because of the way they kept 'forgetting', I am disinclined to choose this as my first Audi dealership. Sales staff need manners and real knowledge on what they sell - not just APR rates. Also, a man wearing a tracksuit can be worth 10 times the flashy labels other people wear. As a premium car brand, all customers need premium treatment. Not just the ones who look like they have a few pounds, because you just don't know who really has. The lack of stars is for customer service but this isn't a forum for rating cars as that would be stupid as this is location centric rating. Learn to treat customers right. Positive reviews will be from customers who purchased a car. My evaluation is based on how they deal with people without the need for a sale and how helpful they are. Not based on getting a test drive or a sale. Premium brand, sub par service, poor technical knowledge and thats not up to the exacting standards of the German car makers.

I wanted to recognise the great service that I received from Tom (in parts) this morning. I set off on a 300 mile round trip and our car flashed up a low coolant warning. I phoned to see if coolant was in stock, it wasn't. He could have just left it there, but instead Tom suggested that if I stop by, he'd whisk the car in to top it up in the workshop. Within 30 minutes of my first call it was done and I was on my way again. Thanks, Tom! I now know where we'll be looking first when it's time to change the car :)

My experience with Cardiff Audi was overall the best I have ever received. Victoria and Steve who dealt with me were very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Steve took me out for a routine drive check, and we discussed the issues I had with my RS3. Steve is a really geniune, polite young gentleman, and obviously knew his stuff. Victoria dealt with me in a very polite and caring way, and I really felt at home there. I was a little nervous of going there at first, as I had visions of the typical movies... where they eye you up and down, and decide if you are a time waster. I can't understand the negative comments left on here, really baffles me to be quite honest. I'm Ex British Military and have served in some of the most hostile countries in the world, and I can tell you now, hands down I have never, ever been treated with so much respect as with Cardiff Audi. The front desk were so nice also. I can't quite remember her name on the desk but what a pleasant welcome, with choices of any beverage you wanted, and some tasty food, well done reception. I highly recommend Cardiff Audi for any Sales and Service over anyone I have dealt with in the past, the staff and the premises are impeccable. Visited on Friday morning having lost my locking wheel nut. I've been to a lot of dealerships in my time (BMW, Merc and VW) and usually when you turn up in your scruffy clothes, clearly not buying a 50 grand car, you get treated like a second class citizen. I would like to thank the Cardiff Audi service department. Had my A3 serviced with them today for the first time, The service I received from the receptionist on the phone & service advisor Harriet in particular was outstanding, both were very kind, welcoming and professional. During the day I received someone else’s Audi Cam instead of my own & never received mine...which I initially thought was very un-professional & wasn’t pleased. However Harriet apologised profusely, explained the technical issue they were experiencing & went to the trouble of preparing a print out of my cars report instead for me, prior to my arrival, without me even asking which was fantastic. I’ll definitely continue to service my A3 with Cardiff Audi & I’d recommend the Service department to anyone.

Best run dealership I’ve visited in the last 12mths, we own two Audi’s which we service here and the customer service is great, breakfast bar, a really nice presentation of cars, the head of business is always very friendly and approachable. I haven’t been able to do business with them whilst purchasing a vehicle due to price but they are very professional very quick response to email enquiries. As far as servicing goes they have been fantastic quick to respond and again very professional and email confirmations after appointment booking and they always offer an option of courtesy car. I’ve dealt with many Audi dealers recently and they are by far the best even compared to the West London flagship. Well done to the Head of Business for running such a tight ship!

The first time I decided I wanted to get an Audi I dropped these guys a message about a test drive of an A3. Sadly my email fell through the net however after chasing the email up. I was put in contact with head of sales. The sales team were extremely polite and did not apply any pressure and we're happy for me to take a test drive. As times gone by now I've been getting my MOT and Servicing for Each Audi I've owned and they've never put a food wrong always letting me know in advance the work to be carried out and the cost giving me the knowledge in advance. I'll be heading up there later on after an invitation I had earlier in the week. Even if I don't hand over any cash I'm looking forwards to sitting in all the sexy cars they have there!

I never write reviews but felt compelled due to the 5 star service I received... I telephoned Cardiff Audi as I was interested in purchasing a new Audi A3. From the initial call, I was offered a call back by one of the sales team. I promptly received a call from AJ who advised what vehicles were in stock and within the hour I was on my travels to the showroom where I was greeted by AJ. The level of customer service afforded by AJ was the best I've experienced. He took me for a test drive in a similar car as to what I wanted and explained everything in detail. Needless to say, I purchased an shiny new Audi A3 Sportline which was delivered on time and excitedly picked it up on 23rd January. From start to finish, the whole experience of Cardiff Audi including the professionalism and patience of AJ was nothing short of outstanding. I have absolutely no doubt where my next car purchase will be.. If you do decide to visit the huge well stocked new car showroom; ask for AJ..
