Spoken to and dealt with Myles, lovely and friendly guy. I had been looking for a VW Convertible Golf for a while but none have been up to the standard I expected, so when I went to view the one here it was in immaculate condition and was just like the photos online. It was one of the best I’ve seen! I’m so happy with the car I absolutely love it! Came with a brand new MOT and tires. Will definitely be recommending you guys to all my friends and family and will be back again when I’m ready to upgrade.

We saw this beautiful car during lock down on their website. We phoned and spoke to Myles who described the car perfectly, pointing out all minor flaws. As we couldn't drive from Swansea to Cardiff because of government restrictions, Myles delivered it to us , Myles drove it to our home and said, no obligation to purchase at all if we didn't like it. There was no pressure. We were delighted with the car and only found 2 minor faults that he said he would rectify immediately. He did this within 2 days. We had a good part exchange for our car and were happy with the price we got. We have been buying second hand cars for the last 55 years and I can honesty say that this is the very best smooth, honest transaction ever from a secondhand dealer. His wins the prize for this. Also he answers every time you phone him, unlike others! Myles is a pleasant, charming man, who seriously wants to give you an honest deal,, without pressure. I saw a vehicle that matched the specification that we wanted on the auto trader website. I filled in the form and within an hour Myles had called me to chat things through. Thoroughly professional from start to finish, but so easy to talk to, and incredibly friendly. The sale was completed from start to finish in 5 days, including free delivery to my home. They organised the finance at an incredible rate which meant we could take the vehicle on HP, rather than PCP. There were a few issues with getting the paperwork through (most certainly our fault) as we were trying to complete the whole sale remotely. But nothing was too much trouble. No pushy sales... no constant chasing... just all taken in their stride. When the car turned up, it was immaculate, and exactly as described. It was even delivered by another friendly guy who was, again, professional from start to finish. If you’re thinking about buying a prestige vehicle, so not hesitate to call this company.

I spotted a 330d bmw which immediately caught my eye after searching for weeks and the asking price was reasonable as private sellers were asking as much and more. I rang myles out of hours and reserved the car. He arranged to have the car delivered to me 300 miles away the following week, anyway the day prior to delivery myles rang and said the car showed a problem that needed to be rectified 1st and he would have to rectify 1st as he wanted me to receive the car spot on. And thats exactly what he did and I took delivery the following week. I've now got the car and I'm completely happy with it. Don’t understand some of the poor reviews for these guys. Recently bought a vehicle from them and shortly after driving away a warning light came on. The after sales service has been superb, easily exceeded my expectations. Arranged to have the vehicle straight back, opened early to accommodate me and provide a courtesy car whilst mine was in. Would definitely recommend and will buy from them again in the future!

Found the car never knew was the car I always needed in my life on Ebay, it was being sold by these guys. Phoned up and dealt with myles who was a breath of fresh air . He Asked me to pop around when I could to discuss part exchange costs for my mini etc. None of these scare tactics of you need to pay a deposit now as we have tones if interest in the motor , you know the usual dealer B S !! Myles offered me as close as he could to my settlement figure which was a few hundred over what he said his system was throwing out, they then threw me the keys and said take it for a spin have a look around , any questions come back, he said when you pull out turn right as theres no speed bumps with a wink. I was sold. On collection day I was greeted with a coffee and made to feel comfortable I was extra surprised when I pulled out that the car was full of fuel and this jaguar is a 3.0 so thanks for that. Ive Only had the car a day so this is a review based on my purchase experience and just from that I would strongly recommend the guys here and will be re visiting in a few weeks to purchase my wife a new vehicle. SECONREVIEW ; as my first was just after purchase. Thought I would share my experience with this company. Aftercare has been fantastic, always at the end of the phone and twice I've phoned late (after hours). Like I said previously car came with full tank of fuel, payed a fair amount off my car tax for me (6months). Whatever I've contacted them about they've sorted. Even changed a tyre for me that picked up a puncture. Cannot recommend them enough, and dont understand the few negative reviews , personally reading through them I came across one that complained that the owner wouldn't sell them a car due to somebody travelling down from up north , now to me that shows good tradesmanship and character I.e not taking the quick sale and honouring A gentleman's agreement . Will be returning with the wife to purchase a car for her soon, and also told my parents they need to go no further. Thank you for a great purchase 🙏

I part exchanged my Audi A4 Estate for a lovely Octavia Estate, it was a great car at a very reasonable cost. There were a few very minor issues after collection but Myles sorted them out and as an apology he extended my warantee! Top Service!

EDITED: Advertising a car with Adaptive Cruise Control. Would have bought the car if it did at that price. Rang them up before travelling to ask them to confirm it has it, they said they'd check and call back in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later called again, they said they'd call back in a few minutes. 2 hours later we'd travelled a considerable distance to the site and the car didn't have adaptive cruise control. I wasted my morning which was unfortunate. They rung me afterwards to apologize and for that I have increased my score since they've apologized and explained they have less staff due to COVID-19. I appreciate the apology however it still annoys me that they are quick to call someone within 30 minutes of writing a review but will not call back a potential buyer within 7 hours of asking the same simple question four times.
