I never thought in a million years that I'd buy a car without touching it.. but I've done just that and these guys have been fantastic. Mike and Dean have been so supportive and honest throughout. We're based in Newcastle upon Tyne so viewing the car wasn't convenient, but they have made the process so transparent that it wasn't necessary. They have been super supportive and welcomed all of our queries (which was a lot!) WOW! Fantastic service from Dean and the team. My second car I have had from here and the service has been outstanding on both occasions. I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes’ SL400 special edition “ Millie miglia 417 from Cardiff trade sales . Only 500 of this very special car were manufactured globally to celebrate Mercedes success in 1955 Millie miglia Italian road race . Stirling Moss won the famous Mille Miglia with his navigator Denis Jenkinson in the famous Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR. At the same race, a 300 SL racing number 417 won in its class. To commemorate the anniversary of the two victories, the German marque has introduced a special edition of the SL officially dubbed the 2015 Mercedes-Benz SL 417 Mille Miglia. Cardiff trade sales in supplying this unique car ,further enhance their reputation fir providing only the best in class prestige cars . I have to say, I cannot fault Dean and the team. Bought our T6 from here and had the carpeting and windows installed by them. They also supported me having the van taken for the bed/seating installation at a company local to them. I live 4 hours away from the company and they couldn't have done enough to support me with the van and the start of the camper conversion. I cannot recommend Cardiff Trade Sales enough. I felt safe, confident and cared for. If every I buy again which is likely, I know where I'll be coming back to regardless of the distance!

Really impressed with the service received by Dean and the team, bought a range rover from them a couple of weeks ago, part ex'd my X5. Got a great deal on both the part ex and the warranty, car rides like a dream, a result of thorough pre-sales checks, new MOT and addressing outstanding advisory. Normal documentation and process needed to go through the above, challenge added by needing to transfer a private plate. Dean made the difficult easy, clearly, concisely explaining requirements, giving lots of time for me to be comfortable with each step. The car on arrival was exceptional, freshly valeted, with freedom for me to test drive and explore the car pre-purchase. Post-purchase comms were good, addressing service history/ logbook queries promptly. Car still absolutely fab. Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.

My partner and I had been searching for a very specific Audi Q5 S-Line for some months, but we were lucky enough to come across our ideal one with all the bells and whistles on Cardiff Trade Sales website, originally through AutoTrader, in late June. The car was over-budget for us, but as it was in such good condition, came with warranty and they could offer delivery, we decided to stretch ourselves slightly in order to snap this one up. We have been delighted with our purchase since. We didn't opt to trade in our old car - so I can't comment on that service - but we did have a couple of minor issues (a cracked lens cap on a rear light, and a small missing plastic trim in the rear cabin) but Dean was quick to resolve these by paying for the remedial works in full at a local Audi garage we found. We were nervous about buying a car without test driving or inspecting it first, but after doing some due diligence online plus more intrusive searches through a credit check (CreditSafe) we were happy enough to proceed. Overall a fantastic experience. A great car, honest service and I would recommend them. Matthew and Katie.

Very happy from start to finish. Nobody rushing up to pressure sell. Huge range of some very nice cars. I didn’t see anything that really stood out for me to part ex my R-Line with so I popped in the office & saw Mike who said he had an all black evoque coming in on the weekend (7 days away) I gave him my details & asked him to send me an internet picture of what it looks like roughly, he did so I bought it without actually seeing the vehicle itself, Dean sorted a greAt finance deal for me and a week later I picked up my car! From my initial enquiry the guys made sure that I was answered quickly and had everything I needed. I ordered the car online and drove about 150 miles to collect, which I was initially quite nervous about doing having not seen the vehicle. When I picked up my car it was exactly as described and there was an incredibly smooth transition to part exchange my old car and to check I was fully happy with the new one prior to proceeding, there was no haggling or sales pressure and overall it was a great experience. Everyone was very respectful of the Covid regulations and the process felt very safe and well thought out. Very happy customer and will defo buy from here again!

Bought a beautiful C63 AMG from Mike and Dean. They were genuine and friendly guys. Provided good history with the car, and presented it in a honest way. There was no pressure or hasstle and they made a deal come together. A day after picking the car up o noticed the air con wasnt working, but dean immediatly sorted this and we booked it into a nearby specialist to be regassed. Im very pleased with the car so far. Cardiff Trade Sales is an independent business just off Baron's Court. The lot is full of clean and well presented premium vehicles and is a good place to investigate if you're looking to buy a used BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz or Volvo. You can look around freely although parking here is very limited and a single lane road is used as a thoroughfare between it, the main road and the car sales place next door. The sales staff will ask if there's anything particular you want to see, will direct you to it and open the vehicle and demonstrate it to you on request but there is no hard sell or any assumptions made based on a snap judgment of you and your circumstances. I appreciated this as a female with a good knowledge of cars who had a pretty good idea of what she needed. I did eventually decide on buying a car here and was able to part exchange my old car without issues. The sales process was pretty straightforward. You may need to allow several days before picking up as the team will arrange for the car to have an MoT check (even if under 3 years old) for safety reasons plus any other add-on services you agree upon at point of purchase (ceramic bodywork coating, Teflon upholstery coating, etc.). After the sale I had a couple of minor niggles with the vehicle which the team worked to resolve. On the whole this was a positive experience and definitely better than the car supermarkets.

I've been looking at a bmw 7 series,went and searched near and far but found a real gem at Cardiff trade sales went in ,although some one else was looking at the same car Aron came over and said don't worry becuse you've booked a viewing and come from bristol we will give you priority over the car .. so road tested I was surprised they gave me the keys and said off you go I went out came back and Aron then introduced Mike who done the purchase formalities ,I got to say Mike said he will collect me from the train station too,am surprised about the Quality of service I got there felt wellcomed no one by the car with us to pressurise us and guess what bought the car Mike and Aron are fantastic I will return definitely for my next car everyone need to learn a lesson from these boys 10/10 👍
