As we all know COVID 19 has really thrown a huge curve ball at logistics operations UK wide, particularly for ones like our own being key workers operating right throughout it all. I have taken the time to write this as the Logistics Manager to express my appreciation and gratefulness to Karl/Lee and all the Cardiff Euros team for the continuity of great service levels they supplied right throughout. I was able to rely on them 100% and this was essential to our operation to ensure the fleet was kept on road and wheels turning in the face of even greater challenges and demands that we faced. 5 star service and most importantly the relationship piece meant I didn't get everything I wanted there and then (Logistics Managers are demanding) but did get the majority if it with great turnaround times and great interactions with you guys. Relationships matter so much in business and talking together means we always found a way. Many thanks and commendations from all my team to you guys.

Superb service again from this team. As a fast paced Logistical operation covering the width and breadth of South Wales the Euro's team understand I need to keep all my fleet on the road and earning revenue each day. We had a 3.5t sprinter go down yesterday and after contacting the Cardiff team they took control, took the vehicle in for overnight corrections and its back out delivering/collecting for my fleet this morning so I can serve my customer orders. Absolutely thrilled with them again, first class service and we are fussy so those words don't get thrown around lightly. Many thanks Euros team.

Stephen sorted a new Vito 119 sport for me with all the spec I wanted and more within my budget which no other company could seem to do ( I went to a lot of companies), he sorted absolutely everything so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Big shout out to Ashley Williams at Cardiff Branch I ordered some mudflaps for an X class pick up and they had next day delivery but a small plastic component was missing from the pre-packed fixings bag that came from the factory It took several weeks to get the replacement for the missing piece of plastic but Ashley was on it and notified me every 2 to 3 days of progress et cetera. He did Mercedes proud and I would not hesitate in using them again. You only realise the quality of service when something goes wrong, and although it was not euro commercials fault that the component part was missing, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that I got the small piece of plastic enabling me to fit both mud-flaps. It’s a Good company that encourages this type of service. Good guy that followed it through. Much appreciated, and I would thoroughly recommend the service based on my experience

After trying my local dealership and recieving shocking customer service i was kindly given euro commercials number and i wasnt dissapointed. My husband has bought merc vito vans for his business and now wanted a sport crew cab. James, Stephen and Andrew were fab from the start. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The van is amazing beautiful colour and great leather upholstery . Despite taking 6 hours to get from Plymouth to Cardiff to collect due to traffic, Andrew met us with a smile and a coffee and water for my dog😁. Great handover. We will definitely be buying our commercial vans from here in future.
