Took my Citroen C6 in with possible gearbox problem turned out to be a faulty relay after much investigation by workshop staff.Also had to replace airbag ECU. Reception staff kept me up to date as parts had to be ordered from France. Very good service.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! I had a window not working on my C1 - was told I could come in that day - it was fixed with a new switch under warranty , and in under 10 minutes was on my way ! , Richard and staff in Service were friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. We have owned several Nissans and have got used to 4 week service appointment waiting times and poor service . Evans Halshaw Citroen Cardiff are in another league , would highly recommend this dealership.

Fantastic service, Had a flat tyre on my C1 which happened Friday, one quick call and I was offered an appointment first thing after the bank holiday. I was working today so the staff allowed me to drop the car off first thing in the morning so I had time to get to work. Then when the car was ready they very kindly brought it to where I work so I wouldn't have to rush back into Cardiff to get it after work. Not only that but they managed to repair the damaged tyre and gave my car a full service and clean. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you very much to all the team.

Friendly staff, but as with any main dealer the prices are a bit steep. The work I needed was carried out fairly quickly, but the lack of information on the report makes me feel that the service was not particularly comprehensive. I asked particularly for a few things to be looked at which weren't.
