R.i was initially advised not to go to this garage by a friend but as they had the vehicle i really wanted i took the chance and I'm so glad i did, maybe there has been a change of staff but they were all very welcoming and friendly i was offered a drink and made to feel comfortable although i was the only customer in the dealership at the time, i ended up buying the Clio i really wanted and couldn't be more happier, my advise is don't listen to other people and go and see for yourself, excellent all around and thank you.

D. M.Good service from sales team, very nice car and priced reasonably. So far haven't come across any issues. Only thing I would mention is we made it crystal clear we did not want any additional products such as extended warranties etc. but they insisted on wasting 20 minutes of our time reading through them and 'recommending' them to us regardless. Also keep in mind there is a hidden £99 admin fee which is not advertised in the price of the car, although this is common with many dealers. Aside from this we are happy with the service and car we bought.

A vehicle owned by Dragon Supermarket had to recovered by the AA to the premises of Evans Halshaw, in Cardiff and even though because of strict covid 19 conditions and the whole dealership being closed the manager Brian Edwards came into work to take the van keys off me .
He then arranged for the holder of different sets of keys to come into work and also for a technician .
So i must speak as i find and even though i was foolishly contacting the wrong website/contact number for the past four weeks that the van was recovered to their premises , and only being informed that the nearest Citroen /Evans Halshaw dealer that was repairing vehicles at this time was in Wolverhampton.
I decide to contact Pendragon plc the owners of Evans Halshaw and found , Amanda the receptionist such a loverly and helpful woman, who contacted Steve who then got Brian to contact me.
In the mean time i tried another website whilst the people above talked to each other ,only to find out that Evan Halshaw Vauxhall Cardiff were sort of open but working from home and Brian Edwards contact details were there as well on the website, if only i had used this website first. Dragon Supermarket would have saved themselves four weeks without a van..
It was less than 24 hrs from me handing over the key to me getting it back and driving away you can not ask for more than that .
And even though it was the customers fault with the adblue level, they reset the system for FREE, NO CHARGE ..
So yes Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Cardifff you are worthy of my first ever review. David..
J. S.After dealing with an awful telephone customer service being transferred to 4 different departments, I finally got through to Cardiff and spoke to Richard J in servicing. Took my van for its first MOT, granted this wasn’t at Vauxhaull they found a fault on my van. This is when my life fell apart. I planned a family trip to London the day after for a surprise gift for my partners 40th. And we were not going unless I could get the van sorted and re passed on the MOT. Step in Richard J, after explaining the situation he checked to see if he had the part and would call me back. 10 mins and the phone rings come done straight away. It’s all sorted and we are off on the trip. Excellent customer service. See you soon this deserve my repeat business.

P. J.I don't know what their cars are like but their call centre staff are idiots. Rang up to have a car moved from Cardiff to Chester for a test drive. This car had been on their website for a few weeks. I was about to pay the £200 refundable deposit when I was cut off. I rang back and ended up at the Preston branch and was told to ring the Cardiff Branch. I rang the Cardiff branch, the lady said I couldn't move the car because someone had reserved it, I said it was me,after going round in circles for 10 minutes I gave up. I'll have to wait until my reserve has come off before reserving it again.
Up date, Spoke to a Brummie guy who sorted out my problem within 5 minutes. So they're not all useless.
