Adam and Kyle were excellent! They went above and beyond to help my Wife and to decide whether a Lexus was right for us. I had been in communication with both Adam and Kyle about the possible purchase of a Lexus ES but they did not have a car in stock that was suitable for us. I latter found a suitable car on the Motor point site but the car was some 4+ hours away. I asked Kyle if they minded if we came to Cardiff from Swansea so that I could try my wife in the ES to make sure she was comfortable to drive as she is short. We arrived and the service was just as good as if we had ordered a brand new car from them. We were given refreshments and an unexpected test drive in the same model car that we wanted to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given professional and knowledgeable guidance about the car I wished to purchase which then made us very feel comfortable with our decision .I rang Motor point and confirmed my purchase, thanks to the great service and customer relations I found in Lexus Cardiff. Loved the service from the reception and they used to pick up the call without waiting long time. Excellent service to keep me and my wife feel comfortable while waiting when we were been there. I did a lot research and visit couple Lexus showroom and found they were all professional and I assume all the Lexus are having the same standards. I’ve missed a few options at the Lexus near London. Which makes me look for a car from a place further away. I had confidence in Lexus and they will provide the best which make differences to their approved used car. Confirmed everything by phone and email, signed agreements and payment has been made before collect the car. Although I have requested couple times for a video presentation as a reference, I still haven’t received any at the end. At that moment I still have faith on their brand and looked forward to receive my first Lexus. Unfortunately, it was surprise when I been there after 4 hours journey. The Car supposed is 10998 miles and it is listed on the agreement but when I look at the car, it was 12800 miles at the time I collect. No one explain to me why it happened and how it happens. What I could do was go home with an older car with the same price or I could travel another 4 hours with train to London for nothing. It was a good lesson to me and will be more careful next time.

Just purchased my Lexus CT200H from Lexus Cardiff. The whole experience was made a pleasant one with the help of Sales Specialist Ryan Elston. This is the first time I have ever owned a Lexus and by far the most money I have ever spent on a car, but being retired I decided to spoil myself and get a car that is reliable, comfortable with a touch of Luxury.Ryan went through all the cars controls and equipment. He even linked my phone up and set my favourite stations on the music system for me. Ryan even gave me a small present of a Lexus luxury key fob and a card as he had noticed it was my Birthday. I've been a customer of Lexus Cardiff for 23 years. Why? First class customer service, excellent vehicles and a very warm and friendly atmosphere, its like you're part of a family. The facilities are first class with all covid protocols being observed. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I've always bought the saloon based models, never really wanting to go into the SUV market until I saw pictures of the all new 2022 NX. I registered my interest and last week was able to take a test drive. When I saw the new NX in the flesh for the first time, straight away I thought the new model had 'grown up'. It looks far more aggressive than the outgoing model with stunning lines and attention to detail. Inside is a whole new concept, beautifully made and crafted with very much a driver focus. First class build quality and materials. The drive did not disappoint and felt very much like a saloon with very little body roll. The ride was very comfortable and basically, it was a lovely place to be. Again, all covid protocols were followed with regards to car being sanitised between drives. To sum up, I'm looking forward to taking delivery of the new NX and very much to continuing my relationship with Lexus Cardiff. Pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

On entering the Lexus Showroom Cardiff we immediately felt more relaxed on seeing the Covid19 measures that were put in place. Every member of staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I travelled from Preston all the way to Cardiff to view and eventually purchase a used Lexus RCF Sport. From start to finish I liaised with Kelvin Smith who was extremely helpful throughout the whole scenario. He was personable, helpful, informative and attentive. After spending several months looking for a used car that ticked all my boxes and spending time convincing my wife that a white car was a good idea I decided to take advantage of the " negotiate on this car" button at Lexus Cardiff and offer the amount I could comfortably afford which was not that much lower than the asking price plus most dealers inflate slightly to allow for negotiating down a bit ( good business and customer thinks they are getting a good deal ). I received a reply to say that my offer was not accepted as the car is already competitively priced, has had a 150 point check carried out and is ready to go. Then why have a " negotiate on this car button" ? After commenting on this the sales specialist I dealt with kicked it up the food chain and came back with another offer but sadly I had lost interest at that point. Fortunately Lexus Cheltenham & Stoke are going the extra mile to find a similar vehicle

I've observed whilst waiting for my turn, and not one person who walks into the elegant dealership is missed; everyone is greeted and is offered assistance. Bought our Lexus NX from Cardiff & have to say the service from the moment we walked in was exceptional. We’d been to Jaguar/Land rover next door looking outside at cars & no one attempted to serve us. We then went to look around BMW having been to Audi first. At Lexus we were greeted initially by a lady then sat down , given tea & introduced to Kelvin Smith who discussed with us what we were looking for. The car we went to look at was sold but no matter as we settled on a pre registered NX. Went for a test drive -that was it! After care amazing too. Kelvin called us a few days after to check we were still happy! About a month later the husband thought the breaks felt a bit soft for a new car so we booked in for a check. Nothing to worry about as they explained the breaks will feel different as it’s a hybrid then explained the technical function.. They still checked it out-had a good discussion with husband & even cleaned the car for us ! Offered tea & coffee again from receptionists who are lovely. Kelvin discussed a lot about the car initially but you tend to forget a lot so not being afraid to get things checked out or just ask is a bonus. Can not fault them or the car. We’ve had Audi , BMW & VW before but this is our first time Lexus-I’m sure it won’t be the last(Hopefully not for a while though)

My RX has turned out to be such a reliable comfortable and general all around car i feel safe when i hit the road and best of all its 3.7 Hybrid if i just turn on the radio relax stick to 55 or 60 mph I’m getting 42 mpg if i scoot around its about 36 mpg i only wish that i had changed over many years age, And to top it of all the staff at Cardiff Lexus are great from the time you enter the showroom and you see that big welcoming smile from Pam you know your in good hands, Rhys Davis well a star I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect and the welcome is second too none and i should know as i lived in Japan for 4 years and i visited and rove a Lexus there, The commitment to the customer is second to none i can only say the the RX is like the Samurai built to perfection over many years, the whole experience for me is like being taken back to a time that’s been forgotten where the customer comes first. But last but but not least there are all the background team that you never seem to notice who are working away un noticed on the customers behalf there dedication to detail is like the Samurai limitless, i will be a Lexus Customer for many years to come, long live the ethics of the Samurai long my Lexus be with us.
