Bought my Guilietta used from another dealer and it was delivered with a fault so took it down to Nathaniel Cardiff for repairs and the service I had there was excellent. Dan got everything sorted asap, no hassle no drama, nice and easy, car was ready the same day. Massive thanks to Dan for easing the worries about the car. Will definitely be coming back for it's service in September.

Great and friendly service with knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they did not have a Fiat Panda 4x4 in stock (I understand this is due to a global chip shortage and absolutely something out of the dealers control) but was still welcomed and allowed to have a look at other vehicles. I found this lovely Jeep which I absolutely fell in love with and if I had the money would have bought it on the spot!

I visited the showroom on the 2nd of February and was immediately welcomed by Christian one of the salespersons there. He talked me through the specifications and features of the car I was interested in. There was never any hard sales pressure applied at anytime as opposed to some garages I have visited. I was so impressed with the vehicle and service provided that I ordered it there and then and collected it 5 days later. Great experience buying my new car here - they couldn't be more helpful & friendly, even when we walked in during the rugby! Lots of cars there to see and test drive, loads of different options and specs and some great options on finance too. Kyle was great in giving advice & helping me chose without being too sales-y which I really appreciated. They also have great options for insurance and servicing which means you can basically get everything there if you want to. Overall i'm really really chuffed with my new MG & highly recommend MG Cardiff. Thanks Guys!
