I bought my Rang Rover as a distance sell about 7 months ago the car came exactly at the time they promised exactly as it has been described, no fault or anything had couple issues which sorted within an hour, so if you buying a car from this place do it with confidence as they value their customers. We traveled 260 miles, because the car was exceptional, and at a good price David was very helpful and everything was in order - in fact the car exceeded our expectations. Car developed a fault on the way home, rang the next day and they couldn't do enough, They collected the car, rectified the problem, returned the car same day and even filled the fuel tank as a way of apology. Very happy with my purchase! During difficult times with being in lockdown mark made my purchase super easy and I am very pleased with my new car! Excellent price and very fair price paid for my old car in exchange! Responds to any queries very quickly and still in touch with helping sort out my private plates nearly a week after I purchased, not ignoring me like some dealers have done in the past once the sale is made. Bought the car via Auto Trader. Worth travelling to Cardiff on the train for as the price and spec of the car were what I was looking for. David was kind enough to pick us up from the station. I always think that you find out how good service is when things go slightly wrong. In our case we noticed a few minor bits of trim missing and the parcel shelf. Performance Cars have sent me a parcel shelf directly from VW and paid the ridiculous main dealer prices for the other bits. The radio didn't work when we picked the car up as it appeared to need coding. Unfortunately this didn't work and the radio needed replacing. I had a new one installed by Halfords at the weekend and have today received a bank credit of £485 from Performance Cars. I would definitely recommend the excellent service of David and Performance Cars.

So I think it's a bit silly to leave a review for a garage straight after buying a car, so 3 years and 61 thousand miles later I felt it was probably a good time to do so. Bought a Seat Exeo from Performance Cars at a fantastic price, had 159k on the clock and it's still going strong at 220k even when taking it across to the far reaches of Europe a few times a year. At no point did I feel pressured about a sale, absolutely none of the usual hard sales tactics, just felt free to have a look around at my own pace, also I was encouraged to take it for a test drive so that I was happy with its performance despite already having made up my mind that I wanted the car based on previous experience with the type. The salesman said it was a quality car and he was absolutely right. All in all I'd highly recommend this garage and will definitely consider them in the future if I need a second car!

We change one of our cars pretty much each year so have become reasonably experienced in buying, selling and knowing exactly what we want. My wife wanted a specific car and these guys had it. I emailed and got a response instantly. The proceeding discussions and negotiations with Mark were both professional and very friendly with the deal (a great one too) being sealed with zero friction. We agreed a date for collection but had to rearrange due to our bank messing up the funds transfer. This was reassuringly not an issue at. Overall it was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. Now the true test of any customer service is when something goes wrong. Our vehicle had a minor fault. Now normally this results in some resistance but on contacting Mark he dealt with it without argument or question. He was a complete gentleman. There was complete honesty and the repairs made. I can't recommend these chaps enough. So much so they will be our first point of call for our next car.

Mark is a gentleman to deal with, i travelled from Scotland so was picked up at the airport, offered a drink on arrival. The car was as described and the deal was very smooth and easy. If it a quality car you want with personal service this small company can deliver a service far in excess of most larger outfits.
