I had a great experience with RT motors, customer service was very helpful giving me honest advice in terms of the options of the car to pick up. It was not just about selling me the car but making sure I was comfortable with my choice of car. Would definitely recommend others to visit RT Motors when ready to buy a new car.

I found R.T Motors randomly online and called the number on the website and spoke to Taz. He was very friendly and polite. He accommodated to my timings to view the car the next day. Finding the showroom was easy with Google maps. When we arrived we were greeted by Taz who showed us the vehicle promptly and answered any questions we wanted to ask. We decided on the car in the photo and discussed with Taz the payment. He was happy to take part cash part card payment. Even offered extra warranty option available is needed. As he needed to make sure car was ready to take he advised to come back in the afternoon but as I couldn't come back he delivered the vehicle straight to my door. Now that's what I call customer service. A day later we realised the battery needed changing and we called Taz back up and he was happy to replace it instantly without any discussion. I would definitely recommend this company. They are professional and polite and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for future cars. THANKS TAZ AND R.T MOTORS. fantastic job 👏

RT motors provided my partner and I with a fantastic experience buying our first car. The car was at a very good price and met all expectations as listed on the website. Taz was very professional and helpful during our visit and other staff provided great service by giving the car a quick wash before we left. Taz also gave us a deal of half price on extending our warranty to a year and we left beaming. Brought Citroen Picasso c3 from R T MOTORS. I don't often write reviews but this garage really deserves a comment! Firstly, GREAT VALUE CAR especially for what I paid for it. Had car 2 days loud noise from nearside suspension. Called garage, they asked me to return car for inspection. Found front left coil spring snapped. They offered to replace free of charge. Took car in an couldn't start it. Being winter the battery had failed. ( This is the season for battery failures to be fair 😒). Taz whom I was dealing with said they would also replace the battery with a brand new one. When I get the car back they had actually not just replaced the battery and suspension spring.... They had also replaced the top suspension bearing as they found this was worn. My faith in garages and humans is fully restored along with my new car. Would highly recommend this garage. Top guys very easy to communicate with.

I brought an Audi A3 from R.T Motors and the price was much better than any other dealership I had been to before. I have had the car for a few months now and I have not had a single issue with it When buying the car they were very helpful at helping me find what I was looking for It’s my sisters turn to buy a car soon and without a doubt I will be taking her here to buy her first car. She has already decided what car she would like and has spoken to the owner and he was extremely helpful.

Excellent service. I recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa from RT Motors and I couldn't be happier with the vehicles and the service. Taz was polite, professional and was able to give any information I needed in order to make a decision about which car to buy. Not only that, but he gave me a free warranty for one year meaning that I can have unlimited issues fixed at any time! They are AA approved meaning that I had no worries about buying my first car from here. I felt I was in safe hands. There is a small patch of rust on my car and the clutch is slightly squeaky which they have kindly offered to repair, free of charge! Will update another review once this has been fixed. Great value for money, lovely people. You can't go wrong buying a car from here!

I am over the moon. Just picked up my Honda civic from R T Motors Tuesday. I spoke to Taz on the phone and he was very helpful and professional and assured me the car was in excellent condition as advertised. I paid a small deposit to hold the car for me to be able to travel down today. I was not disappointed the car was as advertised in excellent condition a new MOT and service was done the previous day as agreed. Taz also gave me a free 12 months warranty package and also ensured the car had a deep cleaned before my arrival. The drive back to London was smooth and enjoyable. I am really happy with my purchase and will recommend any day. Taz also called me to ensure I arrived home safely. Now that is a 5 star customer service. Will definitely recommend R T Motors

I've been looking for buy Skoda octaiva for months until I stumbled across RT motors ad on ebay, I thought it was a scam because of the price,age ,mileage and look of the car! I called and had a long chat with Taz , he answered all my questions but the issue was the distance as I live in Brighton and the car is in Cardiff.. Taz reassured me about the car and it's documentations so I decided to travel for 5 hours on the train to see the car. When I got I was very surprised to see the car looks a lot better than in the photos. Taz decided to have the car extra serviced and another MOT for me to have a peace of mind when driving back with it to Brighton. I test driven the car..it sounded perfect and drives amazing.. I told Taz that my wife will be driving the car more than me so for a goodwill gesture he gave me one year car warranty and an AA breakdown cover. I bought the car and drove it back to Brighton a very happy man. As soon as I arrived home, Taz called me to check I arrived safe and if I'm happy with the car, I told him it drove smoothly well and I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks Taz for your honestly and your advice. I highly recommend Taz and RT Motors.

I purchased a 7 year old Corsa on the 8th May 2020. “Taz”the salesman was excellent, he got the car serviced, Put a new battery in and a new MOT on the 5th June. He also gave me a big reduction of £300 on the original asking price. Simply could not do enough for me and was professional and courteous through out. Really pleased with the car, it is in excellent condition and lovely little runner. Terrific car salesman and impressive set up at RT Moters I have to say.

I recently purchased a VW Golf TDI from RT Motors Cardiff and I dealt with the seller by the name of Taz. I found him from start to finish very friendly and professional. He returned all of my calls and he was very open with me and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. He gave me a full years warranty for all mechanical and electrical equipment along with breakdown recovery for which I am most grateful. He even arranged a MoT and service along with road tax for twelve months for which I am also grateful for. He delivered my car to Birmingham from Cardiff on time as he promised. He gave me a full test drive and I must say the car drove really well and was in great condition, inside and out. He took great care to explain the workings of the car and was very knowledgeable. For the above reasons, I have no hesitation in recommending Taz and RT Motors Cardiff.
