E. W.For over 10 years we’ve wanted a VW van. Just over a month ago we popped in to have a look around VW Sinclair Vans Centre Cardiff. We spoke to Tony Dudman and he showed us the van that we instantly knew would be ours. Tony worked on affordability with us, a very easy and smooth process, and organised a time for us to return to sort the paperwork with the finance team.
There were a few things that needed sorting before we took the van which ended up taking a bit longer than expected. Tony was absolutely brilliant and organised for us to have the use of another transporter at no extra cost to us while we waited for ours to be ready.
We returned soon after receiving our van with another query and were met with the utmost professionalism and outstanding customer service from Tony and the team. Not only was the query sorted on the spot, we were also given use of the courtesy van again while they took back our van to sort the query. We were offered a complimentary MOT and service for the future for the inconvenience.
We have been thrilled at the quality and speed of service we have received throughout the process of purchasing our van, and ease in which we have been able to have our perfect family van in perfect condition. We thoroughly recommend visiting VW Sinclair Vans Centre Cardiff if you are thinking of purchasing a VW van. If you get to speak to Tony then it’s an added bonus! D. J.Must say that I received exceptional service from the service team, right down to complimentary coffee while I waited to speak to aan engineer about the issue with my car. He was able to confirm the symptoms of experienced and even dropped me off at work so I wasn't late.

A. N.Friendly staff in a nice airy showroom. Selection of cars is good and didn't feel pressured at all. It was a little difficult to work out how to get there but once that's sorted is easy enough. Had my son with me and they didn't mind him exploring the other cars whilst I talked to the sales rep so I appreciated that.
M. M.Have been satisfied with them until last visit when after the service I found my car outside and it was in physical contact with another parked car. Couldn't have been another visitor so it must have been a mechanic moving my car. They said they will look into it (via cctv) but never got back to me. Luckily not damage to the car. BTW my car has parking sensors!

Car dropped off Friday morning and ready to collect the following Monday morning.

R. L.Have always been treated very well by the staff at Sinclair VW Cardiff. Work is usually carried in the time specified and done satisfactorily. There is a good waiting area with refreshments if you want to stay, or they offer transport to Cardiff City centre. If preferred a walk to the centre takes a leisurely 20 mins.
