I must say that my experience with Stratstone Cardiff was exceptional even though unfortunately I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle from them. I dealt solely with Rhoslyn who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Not at all pushy and answered my many questions. When the sale fell through as I was offered something else unexpectedly with another dealer Rhoslyn remained friendly and wished me the best with my new car. Jason Impey provided us with excellent customer service with regular updates throughout the process and was instrumental in facilitating the surprise.
