Been looking for a 640 Sport with this high spec for a few months. I called the day Tim Hayward bought the car from Sytner BMW. After a few questions and answers with Tristan, I felt assured enough and decided to leave a deposit. It was explained that the car would go to BMW for a service and any advisory's addressed, if they were raised. The car would also have a new MOT. In addition a couple of the alloys were refurbed, it also had 2 new tyres. I arrived a little nervously 2 weeks later to be greeted by a friendly Tristan and an immaculate 640D Sport! After a short test drive and a look around the car, it was clear this was a gem! We did the paperwork, I transferred my hard earned money and I drove off East from Cardiff along the M4. Now I did notice on the motorway a slight vibration and later that evening It became apparent the forward view video camera was inoperative. After a short call the next day, with Tristan, he immediately authorised all 4 wheels to be rebalanced with a full geometry check. The video camera was later replaced at my local BMW dealership. Seamless remedial action, with thanks. In summary whilst I paid more or less the forecourt price, to me it represented fair value, given the low mileage, wonderful condition, recent service and £10K plus of optional extras.Tristan even offered to pay and organise a second key, which was missing. Haywards reputation has clearly been well earned and they look to ensure you're a satisfied customer. Reassuring, given the motor industry's 'perhaps' questionable reputation at times. I'll keep Tim Hayward in mind for future purchases and would most certainly recommend them on my experience to date.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with this company,they oversaw the purchase and sale of my daughter last car. She traded in her Mercedes for a BMW X1,they gave her a great price. Bought my lovely 2016 Volvo V90 from Tim Hayward Car Sales. Buying a car in this challenging time I was a little wary but Tristan and the team were very respectful of social distancing. Tristan wasn’t pushy and just let me crack on and inspect the car myself. The car was delivered to me and valeted to a very very high standard, Tristan provided me with a comprehensive walk around video of the car before viewing and ensured any imperfections were documented (not that there was many). The car arrived to me bang on time and Peter was attentive and very friendly. In summary - a top class team who know their stuff, I viewed over 6 V90’s and this was the most reasonably priced one. Tristan - keep up the good work. Peter - keep delivering cars with a smile. Tim - I didn’t meet you but thanks for my V90.

I live in uk over 15 years. I had many diffrient cars over that time. Been dealing with different dealers as well. Always used to go on autotrader or ebay and search for the car I was looking for. My last search was Ford Smax sport and I found two I really like. One in Norwich where I live and one in Cardiff....where Tim Hayward car sales is based. Both cars same price same mileage... went on Sunday to Norwich to see the smax. Garage was closed but you can walk in as there is no gate or fence....scratches, hole in the grill, kerbed wheels etc...one door in slightly diffirent black shade!!( prior to my visit I send enquairy to this garage website, how much they will give me as a part ex for my audi...they come back with £4700) Then on Monday I phone up Tim Hayward....he gave me part ex price £5750!!!! £1000 more than garage in Norwich. I asked him about the condition of the car. He walked with the phone around the car and explain everything. We agreed on the price and details. We went there on saturday (Norwich to Cardiff trip)to drop my audi off and pick smax. I have to say "EVERYTHING" as described, really smooth transaction. Tim and Tristan really nice people to deal with...best dealer Ive ever dealed with. Like I said earlier I always use to look on autotrader for the car I want....from now on I will ask TimHayward to find me the car I want!!! PS Week after we bought the Smax we went to Europe for holiday...Uk, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Poland ....and back.. we done over 6000 miles since we bought it ,around 4 weeks ago and I love it. We got our new family car from Tim and Tristan, we put a deposit down on the car before it even arrived at the garage, Tristan was very friendly and reassuring we went to view the same make of car which was perfect. We had a few issues with needed a part but Tristan and his team got it sorted ASAP. Cannot fault Tristan. Buying a car over the phone from a dealership 250 miles away was absolutely daunting and I’m pleased to say that Tristan kept me updated every step of the way and the service was fantastic. The car was driven up to me and was better than the images and video I’d seen. There was a small issue with both the fob batteries being dead but without hesitation the drivers went off and found the right batteries before heading back down to Wales. I brought a 2016 BMW from Tristan and from the very beginning he was excellent. Great communicator, always friendly and no question was too difficult. Even when Tristan was off Tim stepped up and again was just as knowledgeable about what was going on and always a pleasure to deal with. The day before i was due to take delivery, the guys did a pre delivery inspection and it established that there was an issue that needed to be fixed prior to delivery. As much as this was frustrating as i was excited to receive the car I was more surprised to hear from them and being so open and honest. They had the issue fixed and I have now received the car as it was described in the advert. Both Tim and Tristan truly deserve to be mentioned, as this process was so smooth because of them and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Great work guys and keep it up.

Where do I even start. From the moment I enquired about the car and Oscar picked up and walked me through the process to Tristan sorting out the final bits and Peter and another friendly gentleman delivering the car, everything was superb. Set out on the hunt for a very specific car and Tim Hayward car sales was one of 5 or 6 possibilities I had lined up. After already seeing about 4 cars which didn't live up to expectations, passing on 1 because it was just priced too high, I phoned up this place to see if they still had it. Answered straight away, were easy to deal with on the phone and so I made the trek from Portsmouth to Cardiff to see it the following weekend. The car was exactly as advertised and in far better condition than the previous, higher mileage and price others that'd I'd seen. It was very reasonably priced. Not expensive but no so cheap to make you think there's something wrong! So glad I passed on that expensive one as this was better condition and cheaper! They gave me plenty of time to have a good look around the car by myself and didn't put me under pressure or give me some cheesy sales pitch. I took the plunge and put a deposit down the car and paid up and collected it the next week. I also carried out an HPI check for peace of mind which they co-operated with easily. It all went super smoothly overall. I've now owned that car for around 9 months and it's been great. There's been no lurking issues as you'd hope so I've not had to exercise their guarantee or talk to them since so I can't review that aspect. So thanks, guys; you were the best to deal with out of all the other dealers I'd visited and offered the best car at a great price. I can highly recommend Tim Hayward car sales and do not regret the 150 miles I travelled each way over 2 weekends at all.
