Thank you so much Nigel & Nick. I absolutely love my new car, the car is immaculate. Exactly what I was looking for, spent weeks looking for a decent car even went went main dealers, then found Trade Right Car Sales and drove all the way from London. They tell you everything on the phone about the car and when you actually go there, thier are no surprises, like many other dealers I've been too. The customer sevice was exceptional, they managed to do a tight handover and had the car ready for me on time on the collection day, which I really appreciate. Fantastic customer service. No hard sell just honest appraisal of the car. Bought a Polo for my son and Nigel delivered it to him while I was at work, serviced and MOT'd it with 2 new tyres and replaced the fan switch. Didn't even have to go back to get that done, our local garage did it and squared it with Nigel, no cost to us. They even added petrol and went through the documents for registration with my son. I haven't had better service form a garage anywhere and the car is immaculate and drives lie a dream.

I highly, highly recommend Trade Right Cars. I found the car I liked online and gave them a call in the morning; first of all booking a viewing was really easy. They also agreed on the phone to part exchange my current car for double what I expected for it, with ease. When I got there in the morning the staff were really polite. They let me view the car on my own and test drive it by myself without pressuring me to buy it or anything. By lunch time that same day they had the car ready and MOT'd for me (and kept me in the loop via Whatsapp throughout the day too). They just made the whole process really smooth and it wasn't stressful at all. They even gave me some money to put some fuel in the tank when I drove away with the car as it was low. Ranged on Tuesday evening to ask for part exchange on my old car for their Ford Focus ST 2016 and been told to attend following day for valuation for my old car before arranging the part exchange however had been dealt with Nigel and Nick (lovely owners) when I asked questions and they’ve responded the truth and explained the situation etc which made me comfortable on buying Focus ST off them for the right price as other garage (trade centre wales) tried to charge me 15,999 for same Focus ST and the Trade right cars sold the Focus ST for 12,699 at honest price. There appeared to be having slight damages on rear passenger door and the trade right cars had booked me in for body shop repair at free charge! On the day of part exchanging another bloke attended and persuaded the owner to let the focus ST go to him but the owner refused and done the “First came and First served” which impressed me aswell gave me cheaper APR rate with finance company due last car finance company were very high APR rate so am very pleased with their service and patience on dealing with my situation and done everything to ensure that I’m 100% satisfied with my application and car road tax etc! Will certainly be returning there again to buy another car off them soon enough as got loads of positive feedback for their family business after buying second car from them! I don't normally leave reviews. However, this time I feel that I must. 2 weeks ago my lad brought a Volvo C30 from Trade Right cars. Unfortunately it developed a fault in which the repair bill was £504. When I informed, the company of the problem, they checked if it would be less expensive to carry out the work in Cardiff as we live in the Midlands. After 20 minutes the called me saying that £504 had been deposited in my account to carry out the repair. It is very refreshing in this day and age to find a small company that stands by its words and does the right thing. I would not hesitate in recommending this company in the future.

After a bad first experience of buying a car (cheap run around) I noticed Traderight online. I had no trouble finding something I like in my price range as there were plenty of quality cars to choose from. I made the initial call which took minutes, and as easy as that I had a car to pick up the following day, it was ready to colletc on the day. We cannot recommend the company enough. Having limited knowledge of the car trade we were finding the whole process of buying a used car very stressful. After reading the google reviews we visited their website and found a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer for sale. After confirming its availability on the phone I visited the garage and took the car for a test drive. Not only was the service we received from Dave first class but also we were blown away by the quality of the car and extra comfort of a three month warranty. As an added bonus the garage is also an AA approved dealer and provide free AA roadside cover. Since I am already an AA member I phoned up the AA and got a home start added to my existing cover for free. ####Highly Recommended Independent Family Run Business#### From the moment I stepped onto the forecourt I felt very comfortable as there wasn't that instant 'salesman in your face' type of scenario,which can sometimes be slightly annoying and off putting if you just want to have a look around!! Once I spotted the car I had seen advertised on their website,I popped into the showroom to see Nigel, (lovely,genuine guy by the way) who immediately handed over the keys and was more than happy to let me look around the car without any hard sell whatsoever.As I was very interested in the car Nigel told me to take it out for a good run. "No pressure" he said, "just come back in your own time".What a breath of fresh air to hear that. The car more than lived up to my expectations and so it was an easy, definite yes from me.Nigel went through all the details as I wanted to part-ex, whilst also taking the time to have a good old chat about holiday destinations with me and the missus (Kefalonia here we come)! The very next day Nigel phoned me up to say that the car was ready,with a fresh MOT and service thrown in to boot.He also said that if i needed any help with getting my part-ex into the garage (as it had a flat battery) that he would send a vehicle out to get it going.I told him that I should be fine,but an hour later a couple of gentlemen turned up to help anyway! That sums it all up really....genuinely nice owners/staff and a fantastic selection of competitively priced cars.Will be recommending TRC to family and friends,and I will definitely be back in the future too. i called at the garage some 4 weeks ago on the way to bristol where i had an appointment to view another mercedes c class. I am so glad i did, because the car i bought is absolutely gorgeous. Nigel who dealt with me on the day was fantastic and in no way pressured me to buy the car and infact sent us to a nearby cafe to think it over. 1 week later i collected the car and it is immaculate inside and out and all my friends thinks its a beauty. After spending days searching (because im hard to please) we came across this small dealer that had the car we wanted .the deal was made the car was delivered locally (nice touch).3 weeks in we had an issue faulty abs senor .now if you want an honest john this is where it starts ......Nigel went above and beyond gave us a courtesy car for 3 days resolved the problem with a no quibble attitude . Day 2 awkward moment when i had to explain a 2nd fault Which was included in the no quibble warranty and was sorted.
