My wife and I recently purchased her a new Volvo. The customer service we received from start to finish off their sales executive Nicholas Jago was nothing but superb. He was available 24/7 to answer any queries we had, and that often involved him responding to me out of his working hours. I can't thank him enough. We are absolutely delighted with our new vehicle. The quality and build of these Volvos is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning in the near future when my car needs upgrading.

I recently tried to get my car in a few garages for an MOT but struggled to get it in anywhere as I couldn’t take much time off work. My friend had recently used Volvo Cardiff & highly recommend them, so I thought it was worth asking if they could do my MOT although it my car isn’t a Volvo. I spoke to Michelle on the phone who was fantastic and so helpful. She explained that she could pick up my car and leave me with a courtesy car and drop it back, so I didn’t have to take any time off work! Absolutely brilliant service! Will definitely use next time it’s due. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that would tow our recently purchased caravan. We met Nick Jago who went out of his way to help us to find a suitable Volvo. We ended up purchasing a Volvo XC60 R Design Petrol AWD (ex demonstrator) - an excellent deal put together by Nick. He also managed to source and fit a tow bar at very short notice - picked up the new Volvo on the Saturday and collected the caravan the following Monday. As a dealership you'd expect a bit more than your average back street garage, in reality it's not much different. Firstly, when calling (for parts) you're made to feel like you're inconveniencing whoever answers the phone. They try and get you off the call as soon as possible, sometimes even when you're still talking, with every sentence ending in them trying to put the phone down. They're quite abrupt to the point that it's rude. Then, calling in is a nightmare. There's nowhere to park as there's not much order to the parking of either the show cars, deliveries, or customers cars, with only the space to drive around the back to the garage to park in. Unfortunately this is also where parts are collected from so it's a case of trying not to get run over by the cars being driver back and forth the garage complacently by the staff. I'd imagine if you were to go in with 100k cash and wanted to purchase a new vehicle it would be different, but for everyone else, its second rate, with little to no customer service. Shame, because the cars are great!

Great experience, went to Stratstone (range rover)at beginning of this weekend. Put a post on how bad they were. Volvo are completely opposite. Service was great, patient knowledgeable and even offered hot or cold drink by the lovely receptionist (Liz) wasn't even implying I was buying a car, I was just looking. So bottle of water and a pack or haribos for myself and my wife, we carried on looking around. Asked to look at a few cars, lots of questions from me, kept on going back and forth. But sales guy (Daniel Jones) was brilliant. Anyway to bring this to an end, we bought a car. Picking it up later in week. Customer service matters, I spent more than I planned, but I have a car which is a dream. One last dig at Range Rover I am afraid, but people go look at Volvo, may not have the same prestige, but if you have a family (or not) go visit them, I think you will be pleasantly surprised o and reliability of course.

Can not think of a better dealer After a bad experience from a different manufacturer (Jeep) went to Daniel whom i had spoken with before explained i had been let down after waiting 10 month's for delivery of a new car i wouldnt be getting so went through everything i wanted and my new car was ordered and was delivered on time as promised within a few weeks . should have ordered from Volvo the first time visited and saved myself the stress. Had my new xc40 inscription pro a lovely denim blue end of March and love love love it . Its exactly what you would expect for quality and comfort and everything else you can think of its certainly solid in build and has so much clever technology packed in . The crystal gear stick is a favourite 😍 The off road is amazing used it numerous times across farm land no problem . Definitely glad i ended up with one of these . Also the service from Daniel was 5 star from start to finish can not fault in anyway . Gabriel who went out on my test drive and his knowledge on collection taking me through everything with the car . Really wonderful service and lovely people . Could have spent the 6hrs they offer you on collection but so much to take in was happy with the 1hr and 30 min and that was the basics ive had fun learning all the rest . If you look here look no further your in the best place with the best care and service Thanks again both .

1st service completed today on my XC60 at a very good price. All work completed on time including replacement of the rear tailgate struts which was a recall issue and a large software update. I was expecting another visit for this to be completed but all completed on time whilst I waited. Excellent customer service area with complimentary coffee etc and Wi-fi . The car was also returned spotlessly inside and out with s nice touch of a new air freshener left in vehicle. Only a few pence but shows they are adding the nice touches to the sevice. Highly recommended
