The car was due for release in September, But due to the World Wide Shortage of a Micro Chip, Finally got the car New Year's Eve. Paul was very apologetic even though it was out of His Hands & Kept us informed throughout. On the day of collection, The Paperwork was smoothly done in no time at all & He took us through the high tec car information with ease. Even set our Postcode into the Sat Nav for us & tuned the radio into our favourite station for the journey home.

Paul Williams introduced himself to me and I was put at ease. Paul Is a gentleman who goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.
He made sure that I knew everything he was doing with the forms I had to sign, when he showed me around the car and especially when I was asking questions, he doesn’t give a hint that some of my questions may have been silly. I have just picked up my third car and Paul is as professional at his job as the first time I met him. I collected the car and drove home happy because everything had gone smoothly as before and I know the next time I see him they will also go smoothly.

I went looking for an X Trail and the Salesman, Maj, was excellent. He showed us a few options and then took plenty of time to discuss with us the merits of both cars with no sense of hard sell at all. I felt like I could take my time to really think about which vehicle I wanted and I'm glad to say I definitely made the right decision as a result. Paul was very welcoming extremely helpful and answered all my questions without any pressure. He did all the paper work and made it very easy for me as I have difficulty with paperwork. The whole process was wonderfully easy and pleasing.
When I came in to collect the car which I was surprised only to just over a week to sort I received the same polite professional service. We arrived over an hour early but that was no problem for Paul. He brought the car around gave us a full detailed explanation of how all the gadgets etc worked and made the hand over a pleasurable experience. Paul has made himself available for any questions I may have even after the handover and though I wasn't expecting it he rang a week later to see how I was doing with the car just as he said he would do.

E. O.After looking around for a used Nissan Juke, we decided to settle with Wessex Nissan just for the extra peace of mind. We were met by Maj, who patiently took us around and answered our questions in a friendly and professional way. We made our choice, made the final payment and left very happy with the service rendered by Maj.
I have, however, since had problems with the car and had to ring Maj to arrange for it to be checked. He was very nice and reassuring and asked me to bring it down immediately. I did and was initially told the only available date was 8 August. I think this is unacceptable. Would like to say a big thank you to Maj for taking the time to go to the car and double check with me, when he did he immediately suggested it was battery problem. The guys all came together and changed the battery. Still have to keep an eye out to see this solved the problem.
Overall, the service rendered by Maj was excellent.

My mother explained that she was very nervous and apprehensive about obtaining a brand new car but explained that she had received great support on her first approach to the store.
A few weeks later, she returned on her selected date with myself. We were greeted by Paul who was very welcoming. He listened to my mother's questions attentively and responded accordingly.
The process was very supportive, well thought out and genuine. The car was even presented with a snazzy black cloth and was greeted like a surprise, which made us smile.

I've been looking at getting a Qashqai for a while & just happened to be driving past the Nissan Garage so thought I'd pop in to have a look.

Jamie went through all the different options Nissan offer, no 'Hard Selling' at all like some garages you could go to.
Once the deal was done, Jamie showed me the Qashqai I was interested in & went through all the different buttons & gadgets (going from a '62 Focus there were quite a few!!)
The day of collection Jamie was waiting for me & welcomed me with the same high standard of profession as I'd received from the Tuesday before, even taking me on a quick demo to show how the cruise control works.

However, I have took One Star off the rating due to negligence and carelessness of the service staff.
I have the regular servicing and MOT for my car yesterday and have highlighted to the staff that the tyre pressure warning light was always on and I was told that the tyre pressure valve was missing, which is a common issue happened during changed of tyres. A new valve was installed and I have pick up my car on time. About 6 minutes of driving, I have noticed the tyre pressure warning light was on, showing the tyre pressure was low, I have to, with some doubts on mind, headed to the nearest petrol station to pump up the tyre’s pressure.
Car should be properly tested before handover to the owner.
The service staff was also careless in handling my car. Both the rear windows was left half open on a wet rainy day and the wheel locking nut was not place properly back to the original position causing a humpback on carpet floor board. My car was being ‘half washed’ with visible bubbles, ‘half vacuumed’ with back seat floor board forgotten.

P. M.Popped my Nissan Note in for a service which cost £300.All was OK until I collected it and found that it had not been cleaned and valeted as per the undertaking given. When I queired it the assistant just said ",The valeters have gone home"..no apology NOTHING ! I told him I was given an undertaking it would be done he offered to do it, done 10 mins later...not very well and NO VALETING.His attitude stank. Won't be going back there again.
UPDATE : I was contacted by Wessex regarding the situation and they dealt with it via profuse apologies and collecting my car from my drive for a full clean and valet. This was done to utter perfection and although there was another foible, this was rectified with a staff member visiting me on the same day. So my faith and confidence has been totally restored. For a starter the salesman (I'll provide the name later) offered a good deal for Nissan Leaf and explained how pcp works as this was th3 first time I was opting for pcp. I live in London and had all the interactions with the salesman over phone and email. I had several doubts which were all cleared promptly and clearly over email.
Did all the paperwork over email. Salesman even brought tue car to Bristol for us to pick up as it would be nearer by 50 miles. Salesman picked us up from the station tool us to Nissan showroom plugged in th3 car to th3 charger whilst he explained every single bit about the car. Highly patient descriptive friendly courteous.
We collected the paper work and off we left in 30 mins with a full charge.
Like me if you care about 'service's as much as quality of the car Nissan Cardiff isnthe place to be and Alec from Nissan is the man to speak to.
5 Stars and I will shop again. I don't mind a trip to Cardiff as o got the best that was on offer.
