Hi I have just bought a Mercedes GLC from Ben Gratton at Wessex garages. This was the first time I have bought an expensive car and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ben who was clearly more interested in looking after me the customer than making as much profit as he could from the sale. Ben looks to make a fixed gross profit for the company on each car he sells which is a tiny £750.00. He then gives you the option to buy additional main dealer warrantee at cost to them for a few hundred pounds. This has given me main dealer new car warrantee and peace of mind driving my second hand 4 yr old Mercedes for the next three years! He was so considerate to me the customer as he could of sold the car 5 times over to traders who would have then sold the car on for a further 3k profit preferring me to have the saving. What a fantastic company to deal with. Don't waste your time with other garages as I have done in the past speak to Ben who will look after your interests. His colleague Andrew Jones after the purchase took the time to show me all the technological in the car and linked up my mobile phone. All round great service. Thank You so much. Popped in to the Cardiff branch hoping to get some help with choosing a new car. Starting chatting with the sales advisor, Kate Williams. She listened to all our needs and only showed us cars relevant. We’re in the situation where our three children are still in car seats and she was able to advise us on which cars would fit all 3 and still have room in the boot. She didn’t put any pressure on us and totally understood when we had to pop home to feed the baby. When we came back she had the car ready for us to test drive. Kate answered all my questions regarding the gadgets that come with the car and even got us a great deal on protecting the interior from spills (very likely with 3 young children) When we collected the car she even took the time to connect my phone and tune in my radio station. Kate didn’t need to go that step further and set up the sat nav so I could make it into work stress free but she even did that! We left the garage delighted with the car and thoroughly impressed with Kate’s level of customer service! We will absolutely be returning to her when we’re ready for an upgrade!

We purchased the first niro electric delivered to them and it's fair to say not much information was made available to the sales team about this new car from Kia HQ! This was the complete opposite at Cardiff who we went to afterwards and found them to WANT to help us.
