Fantastic dealership. No hard sell, patient and helpful. Fair deal. Very happy with our lovely new car. They also go above and beyond...we traded in our old car and I mentioned that I had lost a part of a bracelet in the steering column and if they happened to find it could they let me know. This bracelet is precious to me as my husband bought it for me after I had my little boy. Guess what just turned up in the post!!? It really made my day 🥰. I don't think many places would have bothered to do that. Thanks Spencer!! A highly recommended dealership which I wouldn't hesitate to use again x x

My wife Claire and I visited Abbey Motors on Friday to take delivery of a Toyota RAV4. It was a pleasure meeting Spencer and we are delighted with the car. We travelled 180 miles from Gloucestershire to do the pick up and it was well worth battling the M25 in both directions. Spencer went out of his way to make sure everything was as we wished. Absolute please to deal with this genuine and helpful dealership, especially during a lockdown. We had real doubts about trying to buy a newer family car during lockdown 3, but the car we were looking for suddenly popped up at this dealer just 18 miles down the road from us so we decided to take the plunge. I sent an email on the Sunday evening asking if the car was still available and had a call back from Spencer the next morning, he was pleased to tell us it was still for sale so we made the decision to purchase after going through all the photo's that were posted on their website. Funds were transferred and confirmed with half an hour, with a timescale agreed for a drop off by the end of the week. With the car passed through an MOT and some small jobs completed, the car was sat on my drive by the Wednesday lunchtime. Spencer was in constant contact with us at all times, with the car really excelling and looking better in the flesh that it did on the screen. Thank you to all at Abbey Motors, whom made this a stress free and easy transaction during these hard times we find ourselves in. The Streatfields.

The buying experience I received from Spencer at Abbey Motors was incredible! I am one of those customers that can be very very picky, being in sales myself I come to expect a very high level of service. Not only did Spencer meet my expectations, he exceeded it! To buy your car from anyone else would be full hardy. Before you purchase from another dealership speak with Spencer. If you go to the other dealership's you'll see what I mean. I've been told by others that all second hand cars come with rust. Spotted 3 stone chips and a small mark on a couple of the alloys. Not only was Spencer more than happy to rectify, he even let me choose the new colour for the alloys! You won't get better service anywhere else, I've spoken to most in the area.

Excellent service overall. They arranged for a full inspection of the vehicle before purchase and also fixed a small issue free of charge. The staff was very helpful and communicative at all times and even offered to have the car delivered 80 miles away without any additional costs. Honestly could not be happier with the service from Abbey Motors. No pushy sales people, I was left to look over the car in my own time and even take it off for a test drive.
