H. C.I went to Colchester Audi to have my car serviced, and as always, had a 5 star experience. They are always, courteous, considerate and attentive. As I live some distance away, they have always collected my car and returned it to me, unfortunately, since covid, they no longer are able to provide this service, which is a shame as I now have to have waiting appointments. Still, they always do their best which is excellent and very much appreciated.

J. P.Excellent service all round but with only one fairly minor gripe. At some stage through the service / test they turn the lights from auto to off. This is not usually a problem but on this occasion my first drive at night was in a well lit town centre and I didn't realise my lights were off. Unfortunately the police were on hand to let me know. A breathalyser later I was on my way. I need to be reminded that lights need to be turned back to auto.
b. b.Really great experience with Audi Colchester, I had an issue with my window regulator and was told to bring the car in that day where they looked at it straight away.
The Audi general check that was performed seemed more thorough than other Audi services I have been too and the customer service was great. Everything was thoroughly explained and there was no feeling of being pushed into getting any work done. I will definitely be using this service dealership for services and maintenance going forwards!
