Very happy with the car we recently bought from Paul. Had a couple of minor issues, only given the service book, so had to buy handbooks online and needed to get tracking done, as steering wheel was slightly out of line (but tbh we didn't contact Paul). We were pleased with the service and would recommend.

Purchased our car here a couple of months ago and I cannot say anything bad about the whole transaction. From arriving to just view their stock to completion and hand over of the vehicle the sales men were polite, helpful and attentive to our needs, even assisting in transferring our private plate to the vehicle. Having bought many used cars from independent dealers I have to say this is the closest experience to dealing with a main dealer you'll ever get. A great company to buy from.

I visited the garage to view a car i had seen on their website and it was as described. Ben was very helpful and we came to a deal for p/x my car. On the test drive, there were a couple of issues with the car however Ben and his team sorted these out with no question and made the car ready to drive away within a couple of days. I am very pleased with my new car and all for a great price. Would recommend purchasing a car from them based on my experience. Only had my car for 1 day but seems good so far.

Just bought my wife’s car from Ben at the Wickham Bishops site. Ben was great not pushy And left us to take or time. Got a fair deal trading in both our other cars. Got a good rate on the finance. The car was prepared to a high standard with Ben fitting new exhaust, discs and pads and 2 new tyres all A’s part of the service. I would definitely recommend.

I've just bought my first ever car from Beacon hill. Service was amazing, was very patient and didnt pressurise me into any sales. I asked about paying extra to get the scratches done on the car but was given honest opinion and told I could get it done for a fraction of the cost myself. They are honest and don't try to sell you unnecessary services. I also got a full MOT before picking up the car. Would defo reccomend this company and would buy from here again :)

We have just bought a very nice Jaguar XF from Beacon Hill and couldn’t be happier. I’m always dubious about used car centres, just because of previous experience at other places. However, my concerns were soon put to bed. Eddie is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and best of all honest. From making initial enquires over the phone, to meeting in person and then to picking up the car, the customer service has been fantastic. There is no sales pressure or pitch, so it’s a nice relaxed environment to be looking over a wide selection of vehicles. Overall, I would highly recommend the company and Eddie, very friendly and genuinely pleased with our vehicle and sale. Plus an added bonus unlike other places, with sale you get a warranty with the car, which I think is great. Thanks Eddie and team.

Purchased my Mercedes from Beacon hill car sales, and yes I did read the reviews and had doubts! However Paul and Aidy re assured me when discussing this with them so I went ahead with my purchase. And yes when buying a used car you may well get issue's Fact! But it's how the car sales deal with you that makes them a cut above the rest!! And i had experienced a couple of minor issue's But this was no problem as Aidy was first class in dealing / resolving these. Even arranged for the car to be dealt with by Norwich Mercedes Benz so I did not have to travel 90 miles back to them, Car was all sorted and i am a happy customer. First class car sales and after care..and would recommend them to family and friends. Many thanks for your support Aidy

Strangely, I didnt actually buy a car from these guys. I paid a deposit and arranged to complete on a car a couple of days later. Paul & Eddie said although the car had only done 300 miles sincle the last service, they would send for a final overall check via a Land Rover specialist, as they always do. The next day Eddie called to say there was a tiny oil leak detected and they were not comfortable handing the car over. Land Rover quoted £1000 for the repair. Eddie offered me my deposit back and I agreed. It was back in my bank next day. I just thought in an industry thwart with charlatans, these guys were worth 5 stars just from an honesty and an integrity point of view. I would actively seek out this dealer when looking for a car in the future.

"Excellent Service and Depth of Knowledge" I saw a car for sale from Beacon Hill online. We live 80 miles away so I couldn't just pop down and have a look. I phoned and spoke to Peter who instantly put me at ease with his depth of knowledge and willingness to help. Both his and Sian's professionalism made me feel confident enough to put a deposit on the vehicle over the phone. Peter collected me from the nearby train station (Which I was very grateful for) and when we arrived a the showroom went through all the operations of the vehicle. Sian went through all the paperwork side and also offered to set up a MOT reminder and help tax the vehicle. It's a small family run business and I received 1st class service throughout my contact with Sian and Peter. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Next time I need a car I wouldn't hesitate to contact Peter and Sian first. Thank you I did see a set of brake pads waiting the showroom for someone who had complained about squeaky brakes, apparently they couldn't be bothered to phone up to arrange fitting?
