So after the honeymoon went straight back and purchased an identical motor Lovely vehicle, super runner which is ideally suited to my needs as a caravanner. Although the interested one was solved, the sale representative is helpful to search another with the same model. The whole process is by phone. The sale representative is very responsive and managed/explained everything. Finally, the sale representative provided home delivery without charges.

Having realised we couldn’t mend a puncture as there was no key to unlock the wheel nuts, Shane very helpfully took the car in, mended the puncture (very competitive price) and supplied a replacement wheel nut unlocking device. This is the fifth Hyundai my family has purchased from Endeavour (previously Haddocks) over the passed 15 or so years. We previously owned an i10 and were very happy with it for the type of motoring that we required. An issue with the air conditioning and a potential clutch issue led us to Haddocks for a) a trade in value and b) a look for a replacement. Barney Turner drew the short straw and guided us through our examination of the available replacement vehicles. Eventually we chose and bought the i10 we now own. Although I had misgivings about the smaller engine, these proved groundless. We did however have an issue with the A/C on the replacement vehicle – it didn’t work! But a return to the workshop soon resolved the issue and I’m getting used to the new toys that the higher spec has gained us.

The only place i could find that had an i10 clutch cable in stock so i could collect on a saturday morning. This was worth the 60 mile drive and £20 ,more i had to pay if i ordered online from ebay as i was able to fit and get the wife's car working ready for monday morning. staff was ready for me and had already done paperwork making transaction painless.
