Absolutely first class! From the initial phone enquiry to viewing, to purchase, and the after care is top drawer! There was no pressure to purchase and being able to test drive the vehicle alone is a great touch and shows confidence in the vehicles being sold. Part exchange was easy and was given a great offer to secure the deal. Recently purchased a car for my son from John and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. It’s my sons first car so it was important to get him the best value for his budget and something that wasn’t going to come with a heap of problems. After looking at many and feeling disappointed with the rubbish that was out there, it was a relief to find John at A1 Autos. We were greeted with a smile from one of the mechanics as soon as we arrived and felt completely relaxed and comfortable right from the start. There site in Coggeshall is very clean and tidy and all the cars on display looked clean and respectable. It was no problem at all for us to have a good look at the car and take it for a test drive and they were very helpful with answering any questions and had all the information on site. Response to all the messages we have sent via texting has been received back immediately and they have made it a pleasurable experience for my son purchasing his first car! He loves it!!
