I have always bought cars privately before but I bought a car from Que back in January which was due a brake fluid service in March. It turned out one of the caliper bleed nipples was seized, and Jay agreed to cover the cost of a new caliper if it snapped off, and gave me the details of his mechanic who managed to sort it. Fantastic service all round, and the car is amazing too. Jay and Sarah are setting a shining example of how to operate in the motor trade. 👍🏻 Thanks guys!

5* Would recommend Que Qutomotive to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle regardless of manufacturer. They specialise in acquiring only the best and their current stock at any one time demonstrates this. Jay and Sarah were down to earth, straightforward and a delight to deal with right from the very start. (Something even a certain BMW main dealer couldn't do!) They made the 400mile journey from Scotland a complete pleasure and even collected me from Stansted Airport within 15 minutes of landing! Two weeks have now past since making the return journey north in my new car which was fantastic and wanted to share some genuine, honest, positive feedback. Wow, what can I say? Sarah and Jay are absolutely fantastic. I gave them a call Thursday morning on the off chance to inquire about the stunning Golf R they had for sale as I knew the previous owner was a performance fanatic. Sarah was brilliant with me on the phone, she organised everything that needed to happen to make the deal possible for myself! I traveled 4 and a half hours to collect my new pride and joy, and my gosh it was worth it. There garage is stunning, full of proper performance cars, sold by proper car enthusiasts. I then got to meet Jay, he was so friendly and made myself and my girlfriend feel welcomed whilst we were there. We sat there, drinking tea, all chatting away to each other. I would 100% recommend using Que Automotive to anyone, whether your 4 minutes away or 4 hours away, it was definitely worth the trip. They say you have to travel to buy the right cars, and Sarah and Jay most certainly supply them.

Absolutely amazing experience buying a car from Jay and Sarah at Que. I had been looking for an E92 M3 for sometime but never pulled the trigger until I started dealing with Que, excellent service start to finish. I was looking to part-ex my daily driver and needed some time to arrange the purchase and they covered off every small detail from start to finish, well presented cars with a good selection of performance cars. Will always check in with them for future purchases and hope to see them again soon.

Purchased an Audi S4 from Jay a while back but just keep forgetting to leave a review. From start to finish buying from Que was exceptional. The car exceeded my expectations was accurately described and felt new. They got me a great deal to finance the vehicle and the whole process was a breeze. A really professional, no pressure and friendly experience with Jay and Sarah. I reserved a beautiful M140i with the guys. They patiently held it for about 2 weeks due to my circumstances and they quickly answered any enquiries I made. Unfortunately I could not follow through with the purchase due to my situation changing. I explained this to Jay and Sarah and they were absolutely brilliant, no issue with zero anamosity. Most dealers are pushy but not at Que Automotive I was welcomed straight away when myself and my family came to view a BMW M4. Prior to my visit I couldn't decide weather to go for the M3 or M4 but Que Automotive just so happened to have both in stock, Sarah and Jay went through the pros and cons of each car going over all the features. In the end I went for the M4 and when time comes to change again I'll definitely be back! There stock is amazing really great examples. Big thanks to Jay and Sarah I now own one of my dream cars!

what can I say, was in the market for a BMW M2 had visited 2 main dealer garages to look at used cars. Then I decided to take myself to que automotive. What a difference in service 👍. This review is mostly based on post sale customer service, although the buying process was great too. About a month after buying the car, paint started to flake off one of the alloys which had been refurbished by the previous owner. The wheels hadn't been prepped properly prior to spraying. Sarah was great and took this seriously. She looked at where I lived and organised for me to take my car to a reputable refurbisher locally. The cost was covered and there were no issues as I feared there might for a pretty minor issue really. It was taken seriously and dealt with professionaly. I would not hesitate to buy again from Que!

Got a fabulous mk3 Focus RS from Jay and Sarah. Description of the car was perfect. I am located in West Cumbria and the deal was done in under 24 hours including taking a part exchange from myself. Jay drove to meet me half way, excellent customer service same day delivery. Sarah did all the paperwork in the background in record time no waiting around. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Jay and Sarah have been fantastic support from start to finish. Whilst waiting for the DVLA to change the paperwork for the car, Sarah picked my car up which I was part exchanging to put it through a MOT and returned it to me at work once it was finished, so helpful and flexible! Had a good experience with this company. Bought a VW Caddy from them and I had to travel from the NW to collect. Communication with Jay and Sara couldn't be faulted and Sara picked me up from the station in the van. Aftercare has also been really good having had a couple of very minor issues. I was having trouble selling my beautiful nissan skyline R34 GTR and the guys at qué took it in and sold it for me they handled everything for the sale in a very professional but friendly way. When replacing the car I viewed a few they had in stock and even when I went to view cars elsewhere they were great with advice and couldn't be of more help. This kind of business is rare in today's money grabbing world and I wouldn't hesitate using them, i can ask for help and advice and the cars they get in are the best on sale they don't get sub standard stock for the sake of making a few pounds.
