This is my first time buying a car from this dealer. I have previously used Anglia People Carriers and Station Cars (both good). The service here was excellent. They have a good selection of cars in good condition. I was aided by Alex who came across as very honest and forthright. They don't really haggle, which is fine, as the car was handed over with a new battery and MOT and the price was very fair from the research I did, and they do have to make a profit. I was happy, they were happy, job done.

Great to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for anyone to purchase there next car from. Adrian was willing to show me the car out of office hours and really helped to get the deal done quickly and stress free. I met Ollie when I collected the car 2 days later and he was just as professional and friendly and made the whole trade in of the cars effortless and I was on my home within minutes. The description of the car was spot on I could have brought it without looking at it. Even after a couple of days i had a very minor issue with the car and he was straight away no questions asked willing to help and assist. There site is going through a over haul so they appear to be closed or shutting up shop. This is not the case at all. I would highly recommend these guys for your next car purchase Adrian is ex military and that alone is Worthy of a man who can be trusted. 5 star service 5 star car. I bought a Fiat 500 car from Alex from this company for my daughter. The problem I had was I don't live in the UK and my daughter has no idea about buying cars. I had to put my complete trust in him and he came through with flying colours. Everything he said he would do he did plus more. He even got out of his bed early and delivered the car 100 miles so my daughter could see it at 8.30 am. It's been a brilliant service from start to finish and someday I will find a way of paying him back for what he did to make a tricky situation into something brilliant. I did read all the bad reviews but I spoke to him on the phone and I'm glad I did. I run a different type of business and even I have had bad reviews through the fault of the customer, not us. So don't take any notice. Buy a car with confidence from them. Well done young man. Good job! And thanks a million.

Highly recommend these guys. I've recently had my second vehicle from them; my daughter bought hers last year and it has run like a dream. Nothing is too much trouble.... I bought my KA last week with no hub caps and Alex said to come back for new ones at no extra cost, which he fitted himself. As a woman buying a car, it's been really reassuring to be able to trust a company and I cannot fault them at all. Brilliant service - friendly people - no pushy sales tactics - what more could you ask for?

Within that time other people showed interest in the same car and Oliver told them we were on our way and he wouldn't sell it before we had seen it. Bought my wife a car from here today. Was met by Alex who was friendly and very helpfully and most of all honest. We had arrange for a test drive before we arrived and was given the keys and left to go on a test drive and look over the car on our own after we had introduced ourselves. Great Experience from beginning to end. We couldn't go see the car until the very last minute as we live quite far away. We looked at some pictures on their website, read a few reviews and decided to call them - Oliver answered and as I explained to him that we lived too far to just go see the car he was more than happy to go to the car and describe exactly what he was seeing in from of him, he described every little detail of the car with such confidence that it was as if we were seeing the car ourselves - so I told him I'd go there just to pay and drive the car back home if the car was really what he had described. When we finally managed to go there, for some reason we'd thought they opened at 8:00 so, when we arrived at 8:10 in the morning and it was closed, I decided to call and managed to speak to Alex who was happy to come and open the shop earlier and go through the final steps with us. Honestly we have never dealt with such helpful and nice people. Thank you so much for making this process so easy for us, guys!

I bought my VW Scirocco from these guys earlier this year. Now I had my reservations about writing this review as I didn't want to jinx it. But I cannot fault this garage or the car. Was sold exactly as seen, a couple of minor dinks on the paintwork, but nothing that wasn't expected in a car of its age. Had to replace a headlamp a week or two ago but again, could of been an age thing. Overall, extremely happy with my new car, drives lovely, and was a real good step up from my first. Insurance company agreed with me on this one... Alex was the guy who sold it to me, and right from the off was pleasant and friendly and was making the whole painful process of deciding on a new car a lot easier. From the moment I enquired about the car, everything about it was just excellent, I booked a test drive and from then on he handled everything professionally and considered all my needs and catered for everything I asked of him. What a guy he is!! Credit to the manager aswell, can't remember his name, sorry, but he was good at putting me at ease with the daunting step of choosing finance. Even went back in a couple of days after purchase and they helped to fix an unexpected light on my dashboard. Service how it should be! Would recommend this garage 100%, and would come here again. Forget the pre conceived Ideas of the Arthur Daley car salesmen and a car lot, these chaps operate in a manner similar to that of a franchised dealer and exceed this - personable, knowledgeable and strange as it sounds ‘Honest’. Having placed a relative small deposit down I requested that the car be held for a week, something which should be avoided in that industry - true to their word they held it and now I’m cutting around in a most excellent Hyundai i20. Many thanks chaps, I will knock on your door again if I’m after another car.

I bought a Ford Fiesta ST-2 from Stanway Motor Company just over a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The whole process was brilliant, when I initially came to view the car, Alex approached me and gave me the key and asked me to have a look round it, he then left me to have a good look without the pressuring nagging agro some salesman can give, I then went home to price things up and went the following day to take it for a testdrive, again Alex let me take it down the A12 which was ideal for a testdrive and he let me take it on my own (he did photocopy my license) but it gave me some time alone to take the car in. I then decided to buy the car as it was completely flawless (bar two front tyres which were replaced by themselves) and very well priced, I did pay the asking price even after a haggle, but they did the two tyres and a years MOT so all in all it was pretty good value. I can't thank Alex enough for a very speedy process and a great deal on my car, I certainly would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely consider coming back again when I do come to part with my Fiesta ST.
