All paperwork was sorted very quickly with all necessary things like service history MOT etc. Car was in mint condition and drove all the way from Colchester to Conwy and it was a treat to drive the car. A.The team at Velvis are absolutely superb and the business is in a gorgeous part of the UK. I drove down from Norwich to test drive 2 vehicles I was interested in, and although it wasn't meant to be this time round, I was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the guys were. I will definitely be keeping an eye on their stock and hope to pay a visit again soon. Was gutted I couldn't take something off their hands, but that's just how it is sometimes. Definitely check them out if you're in the area.

N. T.My wife and I recently purchased a Fiat 500X from Velvis and from our very first telephone call onwards we have been extremely pleased with the purchase process. All the staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Grace dealt with us initially and despite her young years she was confident, professional and non-pushy the whole time. She even made me a coffee! We quickly established a fault with the battery but a single short phone call later we were assured a new battery would be ordered for us to collect the next day from the supplier. Due to our distance from Velvis they were happy for us to fit the battery ourselves and behold....the fault is rectified. Fantastic service guys. Keep up the good work and when we look to replace our other car you will be top of the list to visit.
