What a great company - From the first contact (via whatsapp) to travelling from Cardiff to Coventry to test drive and buy - this was a great experience. They take great care in selecting the vehicles they sell and this will undoubtedly lead to satisfied customers (and potentially repeat customers). I have no problem in recommending this company - I left it a few weeks to post this just in case I had any issues (which there weren't). Keep up the good work (you deserve to be in business another 40 years !!). Greg

I came to Berkswell Motors after being recommended to by a work colleague who said they were reliable and offered good deals. I dealt with Richard. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a number of options suitable for my budget. They weren't pushy like at some places which was refreshing! Anyway, the car is still performing very well after 12 months and just flew through the MOT so I thought it would be fair to leave a review! :)

I Bought my VW Golf from here. The service beginning to end was unbeatable. Great father and son teamwork, very professional and definitely honor their warranty! They did go above and beyond to help and even gave me a car to use until mine was being fixed (I don't know of any garage who would do that) I would definitely recommend these guys if you were looking for a reputable garage who honor their word. They also have a lovely room where you can inspect the vehicle with plenty of lighting, out of the rain and cold weather. Thank you!

I can't speak highly enough about this father and son team. From the moment we arrived the garage felt like an open, honest and genuine service. The car was delivered because we lived close (still 12 miles away) and a fair price was given for my trade in. It was by far the best condition second hand smax we'd found. They really pick good cars. It had a couple of minor issues during its first month, but they were put right quickly and we were given a car that would fit the 3 kids in while they sorted it. It was even picked up and delivered back to us. Amazing service. I can't imagine buying from elsewhere in future. Keep it up and Thank You.

I am not local to Berkswell Motors, and stumbled upon them by chance when i was in the area. After booking an appt., i arrived early and spent 15 minutes looking at the car before Dave arrived. The car sold itself, and was better than described. Dave was helpful and friendly, and at no time did he pressure me. He let the car do the talking. When we viewed the car it was presented perfectly, took it on the longest test drive I have ever done, which was great to get a proper feel of the car and let both my wife and I drive it, hassle free time to look it over afterwards and check the car over, sorted out a great deal on our part-ex and got the deal done. Nice family-run business, they don't lie and put pressure on you like most 2nd-hand car dealers. Look after their cars very well and give them a full service and MOT before you buy. They also replaced the cam belt on mine. I bought a Citroen C2 from there in January and have had no real problems with it since.
