M.Bought a rare 07 BMW 540i, 2 weeks into driving it the power steering pump failed, H&S car shop picked it up immediately to be fixed under warranty and left me an Audi RS6 as a courtesy car (wanted to keep that instead lol). They fixed the steering pump really quick and dropped my car back off.

Keiran was polite and very helpful and got my finance accepted the same day I went to see the car. This was amazing for me being an NHS nurse, having very little time at the minute. My car developed a small problem around a month after having it. But Mike at H & S car shop talked me through the warranty process and everything was sorted quickly. The best part is they included the 12 month warranty in the price for the great work we do in the NHS.

S.H&S are by fair the best dealship I have dealt with over the last 16 years of buying cars, nothing was never to much trouble, asking for more pictures and information about the car, quick to respond to my question, and even delivered the car to my door. D.I'm happy with my car BUT I was promised a spare car key and parcel shelf for a car I purchased here but haven't received either which is annoying but my fault for not getting it in writing, I guess?
Edit: within 1 year of owning the car that was seemingly in great condition, I've had to replace the brake pads, battery and all 4 tyres because all were worn/not in good condition.
Personally I wouldn't recommend buying a car here but if you do, do your research and inspect the car more thoroughly than I did. Check how old the battery is, check when the brake pads were last changed and check the tyres!
