I was very confident about his service as the car came with 6 months warranty, full service and 12 months MOT. Over the years he has been very supportive with all my MOT renewals and yearly services, it is very relieving to know there is someone around who makes sure you have your car in good a condition. Very trustworthy car dealers. A friend at work recommended these guys back in 2016 and i bought a ford focus off them and it was indeed a very lovely car all through when I had the car. I returned 2 years after to part exchange it for a 2012 newer shape Ford focus at a bargain price. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and people from my work place as well

I can't overemphasize how lovely these guys were. They talked me through the process of buying a new vehicle, there was no pressure and even offered me a test drive on multiple vehicles and still suggested I went to other dealerships for a test drive just to compare the service and products. They were very upfront in explaining their warranty process and what they do cover and how it works with the full understanding that a used vehicle may develop a fault and I left with an assurance of exactly where I stood in the event of any unforeseen issues with the vehicle in the long term. Need I say its been 7 months without any issues, the only thing i have had to do is fuel the car, have it washed and they rang me up recently to remind to book the pending free service which they offered with the vehicle even though I had totally forgotten about it. How honest and wonderful these guys are

I found this dealer on gumtree and read a lot of positive reviews online so I wanted to see for myself. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome by attentive staff that work there. I recieved a professional, honest and expert advice from Michael, he gave me a lot of informatio and walked me through the whole process; which was really reassuring. In the end I bought the car I wanted for a bargain price with added extras aswell. I walked away a very very happy customer and would strongly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to go to Kwiki Autos they are reliable, honey, trustworthy, professional and give the best customer service they possibly can; which is really rare in this day and age. They are very close to the station, got half a tank of petrol added in and all the paper work done for me, easiest process I've ever done. I have dealt with many car traders and the real test for a trader is not when everything goes right but when problems arise, as inevitably will happen from time to time in this trade. After buying a car from Kwiki Autos some problems did arise but I can not fault the way that the problems were dealt with. It took several weeks, due to the nature of the problems, but at each stage, promises made to me were kept. When buying a car it is down to the buyer to do as much research into the car as possible and when bought, monitor its performance very carefully for the first few weeks. I have no doubt that if problems were presented to Kwiki Motors in a calm rational way, then they would be dealt with in a professional manner. I would certainly go back to Kwiki motors to buy another car.
