Y. T. (.I called Lexus Coventry needing a car ASAP(ES) after having baby number 2. I had made an order with a local lexus but i couldnt wait till March 2023.
Straight away Paul (manager) and Laura Cooper found the car I was looking for. Despite the delays in delivery of cars and back log on orders they managed to get me my brand new ES. They did eveything possible to make this a smooth and stress free process. I was sooo happy and the reveal was the icing on the cake. Now knowing that my March order would’ve been an extra delay I am even more grateful that they managed to get me this car so soon.

In times when personal attention to detail can be lacking, Jat at Listers Coventry was great: Very professional and attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. The RCF I purchased is a fine example of the car and was beautifully prepared and presented. Although taking a few days longer than expected to completed the paintwork refurbishment promised on purchase, the work done was simply perfect and worth the wait.
The car is wonderful (as expected) and the service together with the personalities at Lexus Coventry are exceptional. They should rightly be proud of their standards.

s. s.I could not make Friday the 4th November or the Monday, Lexus Coventry was very helpful and managed to fit me in this Tuesday. I went in and was greeted by receptionist which was very welcoming, i went to service and they went through the job card and also asked if i needed a coffee etc and they gave me a place to work, When the car was ready Kieran and Luke were at hand and showed me to my car. T. N.Ashley Collins and the Dealership have been superb - a pleasure to deal with. The car is superb quality for it's age and a very nice drive.
I have two issues:
1. My Building Society money transfer took 2 days to arrive which made it Saturday . Would you believe in 2021 Listers could not interrogate their Accounts to verify my payment because it was the weekend - scandalous!
I had to wait until the following Monday to collect the car.
2 I have had to wait 3 weeks for the service book and the locking wheel nut key to arrive. I am glad I did not get a puncture. This should all have been present with the cars documentation upon collection.

M.Lexus Coventry have always offered an excellent service to me, making driving their cars an absolute pleasure. When you are not home between 7.30am - 7.30pm, they make servicing easy and have been incredibly flexible on when and where they collect and deliver the car, so that I can continue to work uninterrupted.

The initial service at Coventry really was good and the salesman Ben could not have been more helpful. I actually now have a Lexus in the household and the purchase was basically as a result of my visit to Lexus Coventry.
Unfortunately, I have a niggle with the new car, and so I've booked it in to Lexus Coventry as my local dealer. The Service Advisor was polite and professional with the car quickly booked in.
I've therefore updated my rating to reflect this recent experience and I look forward to dealing with Lexus Coventry in the future.

Visited Lexus Coventry to test drive a CT200h. Initial service was great and the car was as expected. Agreed salesman would call me back with a part exchange price for my car. Never heard from the salesman again.
A shame really as I probably would have bought the car if a reasonable figure was offered. Not really the service expected given the brand's reputation.

The service team were fantastic in going over every aspect of my car with me.

I would recommend Lexus to anyone as I have been to otger dealerships in the past and found the level of service is poor compared to this dealership as they defiantly put customers first.

G. N.I dealt with Ben when trading in my RX400 for an RX450. The service I received was exceptional. Any queries and questions I had were dealt with quickly and professionally, even to the extent of Ben texting me on the evening I had bought the car to ensure I got home OK and that everything was alright with the car.
A day later I noticed that there were no push clips in the battery cover. A quick text to Ben and these were posted out to me and delivered the next day. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
When I am due to change (I will be buying another Lexus) I will not hesitate to use this dealer again.

Stuart Manser the salesman is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Lexus products and his clear explanation of the model range was directly responsible for our purchase. Mike in Service reception has also been most helpful in resolving problems with the Nextbase 380GWX rear Cam Bundle and with the use of the removable towbar.
I associate Lexus with engineering excellence and am therefore very disappointed with a modification that was made to the car by Lexus UK before its arrival at Coventry. The panel that has to be cut to accommodate the rear towbar has been grossly overcut in two places with the result that water, mud and salt will inevitably penetrate. I would like Lexus UK to contact me about this atrocious workmanship with a view to the damaged panel being replaced by a properly modified one.

B. T.I had gone into Listers Lexus Coventry for A scuff mark repair. I called Fiona on Monday, she quoted me on Monday evening. She spoke to me on Tuesday and we got the car booked in on Wednesday. They even gave me a courtesy Car. To top it off I had a problem with my rear camera on my DashCam which was still under guarantee and again Fiona did what she could and got one of the drivers to take it to Leicester on Wednesday and it was replaced immediately and I picked it up today and my system is all working well. And as it was on my Insurance Tom one of the Managers loaned me a camera. I can't ask for more than this from Lexus in terms of amazing service. They treat me like VIP and have been committed to them for over 10 years now and will continue to be their customer for many more years to come.

Davinda took great care to understand my requirements, and while out test-driving the car my RX was being assessed so that on returning from the test drive I had the offer and figures to consider. M. G.We called in to Lexus Coventry about 3 weeks ago just to have a look at/sit in a Lexus SUV. The salesman - Davinder Tiensa - approached us and asked what we were after. He spent a long time talking to us about the NX and RX and Lexus generally. He was knowledgeable and informative. but not at all pushy. To our great surprise and delight, he was able to arrange test drives of both vehicles with just a few minute's wait. i preferred the RX but - having checked the dimensions - it wouldn't fit easily into our garage. Nevertheless, we were sufficiently impressed with the NX to order one a couple of days later. The process was smooth and easy - again with no pressure. M. M.Overall experience was good. The sales team were helpful without being pushy. However, although it was a full week from test driving and then leaving a deposit to actually picking the vehicle up, it was discovered that the vehicle couldnt be taxed as the warrenty had expired and there was no MOT. The excitment of picking up a new vehicle was quickly replaced with disappointment. I was even less impressed that the services department would not fit me in that day. In fairness Bjorn did all he could to apologise and make the error up to me. The experience hasnt put me off buying Lexus again but I am less lightly to trust that all will go well.

In less than a day he had not only obtained the perfect vehicle but had also matched the lowest price I had been able to find elsewhere. Having secured my custom, Davinder (Dav) provided an exemplary service. The car was ready to be collected (though he offered to deliver) within 4 days of our first contact. As I live a goodly distance away and was arriving by train, Dav kept tabs on my progress, offered lunch, picked me up from the station, organised all the documentation to be ready to process in the shortest possible time, presented the car and waved me off. He then followed up on my progress more than once. He also acknowledged generously my brother's referral to him. Spectacular, second to none, service. My honest thanks!

If you want to negotiate the price of a car DONT go in on a Sunday when the main finance man is on day of because no one else can make a decision after all it was only £500 of off a £22,500 car.
If you take out GAP insurance ( Auto direct) be prepared to have problems.
Its a real shame that Lexus Coventry didnt notify customers that we can down load an App to make enquiries quicker.
