Ashley was the one who attended to me the most. Polite and friendly service and very knowledgeable as well. Seemed pretty honest and genuine to me. Paul, the retail manager, was also very courteous to me. There were only very odd occasions when they didn't offer any drinks bt otherwise, out of the multiple times I have visited, they made sure I was pampered for. Service was prompt and things went through very quickly especially when I needed it most. Very satisfied customer.

I have just purchased my first Lexus and I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the procedure, my wife has previously hated me changing cars as she gets upset with pushy salespeople, this time she said it was a very pleasurable experience, we had driven up from Milton Keynes on Sunday morning and our sales consultant Stuart Manser took us on a test drive which included a trip to Greggs for bacon rolls. Stuart and Paul talked us through everything explaining all details without any pressure whatsoever. Recently part-exchanged my RX400 for an NX. The whole process was so smooth and easy, and I got a great valuation on my p/ex. Davinda emailed a very personalised video of the car I enquired about, so before setting off on the 100-mile journey to the dealership I felt I knew the car inside out. From the moment I arrived I was offered coffee or tea and a friendly professional welcome. Davinda took great care to understand my requirements, and while out test-driving the car my RX was being assessed so that on returning from the test drive I had the offer and figures to consider. At no time was there any pressure to buy, both Davinder and Paul were friendly, professional and a real.pleasure to deal with. I would happily buy my next vehicle from them. Davinder Tiensa, Sales Executive at Lister's Lexus Centre, Coventry, worked tirelessly (well, it appeared so, but I'm sure he had his moments!) to provide me with a first class service from initial online enquiry via Lexus Coventry website to delivery and exchange of vehicles and subsequent follow-up customer service satisfaction enquiry. Apart from the final exchange of vehicles, the entire process was conducted remotely via telephone, sms exchanges and email, from almost 200 miles. I was undergoing daily treatment at my local hospital for almost two weeks and that precluded me from personally attending Lexus Coventry. Davinder found ways to overcome this difficulty and took responsibility for guiding me through the entire process with thoughtfulness and exemplary attention to my requirements. At the end of the process, I am much more than satisfied by the quality of the customer attention provided by Listers, (Lexus) Coventry and delivered to me primarily through Davinder. Outstanding. We called in to Lexus Coventry about 3 weeks ago just to have a look at/sit in a Lexus SUV. The salesman - Davinder Tiensa - approached us and asked what we were after. He spent a long time talking to us about the NX and RX and Lexus generally. He was knowledgeable and informative. but not at all pushy. To our great surprise and delight, he was able to arrange test drives of both vehicles with just a few minute's wait. i preferred the RX but - having checked the dimensions - it wouldn't fit easily into our garage. Nevertheless, we were sufficiently impressed with the NX to order one a couple of days later. The process was smooth and easy - again with no pressure. Davinder was assisted in the paperwork by Laura, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We picked up the car yesterday and are delighted with it. Davinder and Laura made the whole process easy and enjoyable and i have no hesitation in recommending them and Lexus Coventry for a quality service and quality product

Quality location and quality performance by sales and admin team when I collected the car on Saturday. Just completed , Monday, the first longer journey - enjoyable drive that will get even better as I become more familiar with all the potential. Ex demonstrator ES F Sport - showed 41mpg after 1200 'demonstrator' miles. My journey, Solihull to Sheffield moved it to 47.5mpg 10,000 mile service interval not so good but the price is reasonable (±£200) so not so bad Economy, performance and comfort - looks very promising

Although taking a few days longer than expected to completed the paintwork refurbishment promised on purchase, the work done was simply perfect and worth the wait. Although I had passed the Lexus Garage many times on my way into Coventry Little did I think that one day I might enter to buy a car. Overall experience was good. The sales team were helpful without being pushy. However, although it was a full week from test driving and then leaving a deposit to actually picking the vehicle up, it was discovered that the vehicle couldnt be taxed as the warrenty had expired and there was no MOT. The excitment of picking up a new vehicle was quickly replaced with disappointment. I was even less impressed that the services department would not fit me in that day. In fairness Bjorn did all he could to apologise and make the error up to me. The experience hasnt put me off buying Lexus again but I am less lightly to trust that all will go well.

Mere hours after my brother had informed Davinder Tiensa that I was interested in buying a Lexus, Davinder phoned me to find out what I wanted. In less than a day he had not only obtained the perfect vehicle but had also matched the lowest price I had been able to find elsewhere. Having secured my custom, Davinder (Dav) provided an exemplary service. The car was ready to be collected (though he offered to deliver) within 4 days of our first contact. As I live a goodly distance away and was arriving by train, Dav kept tabs on my progress, offered lunch, picked me up from the station, organised all the documentation to be ready to process in the shortest possible time, presented the car and waved me off. He then followed up on my progress more than once. He also acknowledged generously my brother's referral to him. Spectacular, second to none, service. My honest thanks!

Whilst Dev was polite/knowledgeable/approachable, he failed to return phone call. If you want to negotiate the price of a car DONT go in on a Sunday when the main finance man is on day of because no one else can make a decision after all it was only £500 of off a £22,500 car. If you take out GAP insurance ( Auto direct) be prepared to have problems. Its a real shame that Lexus Coventry didnt notify customers that we can down load an App to make enquiries quicker. General comments Better customer care than other dealerships.

My Building Society money transfer took 2 days to arrive which made it Saturday . Would you believe in 2021 Listers could not interrogate their Accounts to verify my payment because it was the weekend - scandalous! I had to wait until the following Monday to collect the car. 2 I have had to wait 3 weeks for the service book and the locking wheel nut key to arrive. I am glad I did not get a puncture. This should all have been present with the cars documentation upon collection.

Stuart Manser the salesman is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Lexus products and his clear explanation of the model range was directly responsible for our purchase. Mike in Service reception has also been most helpful in resolving problems with the Nextbase 380GWX rear Cam Bundle and with the use of the removable towbar. I associate Lexus with engineering excellence and am therefore very disappointed with a modification that was made to the car by Lexus UK before its arrival at Coventry. The panel that has to be cut to accommodate the rear towbar has been grossly overcut in two places with the result that water, mud and salt will inevitably penetrate. The Lexus branch at milton keynes is my closest as I live in Northampton but I choose to go back to coventry due to the service we get from Ashley Collins. He's been really great since we bought out first car from him. I bought an ES300h F sport in January and he went above and beyond to get the best deal and make sure I was completely happy with my decision. I had a problem with the suspension on my Lexus and I took it to the local Lexus dealers for them to investigate. As my car was a number of years old they either did not want to investigate the problem or could not be bothered. I found them most unhelpful. I had gone into Listers Lexus Coventry for A scuff mark repair. I called Fiona on Monday, she quoted me on Monday evening. She spoke to me on Tuesday and we got the car booked in on Wednesday. They even gave me a courtesy Car. To top it off I had a problem with my rear camera on my DashCam which was still under guarantee and again Fiona did what she could and got one of the drivers to take it to Leicester on Wednesday and it was replaced immediately and I picked it up today and my system is all working well. And as it was on my Insurance Tom one of the Managers loaned me a camera. I can't ask for more than this from Lexus in terms of amazing service. They treat me like VIP and have been committed to them for over 10 years now and will continue to be their customer for many more years to come.

Straight away Paul (manager) and Laura Cooper found the car I was looking for. Despite the delays in delivery of cars and back log on orders they managed to get me my brand new ES. They did eveything possible to make this a smooth and stress free process. I was sooo happy and the reveal was the icing on the cake.
