Amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I was kept quiet with biscuits and coffee :). I loved the fact that my vehicle was video'd prior to going in for its service and then I received a health check video half way through - very very useful. Thank you.

It was a bit of a mixed experience here. I booked my camper in for a factory recall. The job over ran to a second day which caused me some issues. A complimentary vehicle clean was more of a wipe over with a dirty rag and the complimentary top up of Adblue was spilt onto the paintwork. Lucky I spotted it and washed it off when I got home. On the plus side, the customer facing staff seemed to be trying very hard to provide a good service and Tino went out of his way to advise on some additional issues. I also signed up for a cost effective service plan.

Took my car today to have the headlights looked at. Amazing service. As a motability customer the service I received was second to none. With my previous car the treatment I received was disgraceful. There was no thought about the fact I had a disability it didn’t matter but with the staff at Lister it was brilliant from start to finish. Jordan, your people skills are brilliant. Best ever experience in buying and collecting a van.Smooth transaction without any delay or problem from start to finish and all sorted from initial enquiry to collection in five days.Not experienced this level of service anywhere before and it came as a welcome surprise.Salesman Mohammed was completely on his game with the way he dealt with my purchase answering any questions I had in a very open and honest way.He presented me with a welcome to your new vehicle video prior to arriving at Listers,talked me through all the finance and warranty options dealt smoothly with handover paperwork and talked me through the vehicle controls and also fully explained with the help of Rachel from the service department all the service intervals and costings I will need to keep my Caddy running in tip top condition.This was by far my most enjoyable van purchase and all so professional.5 Stars here at Listers Coventry and well deserved.

Communication was good until we paid for the van. It took over a week to repay the reservation fee after chasing it up. On arrival of picking the van up we was expecting a pristine looking motor but was disappointed. We had to wait while the scratches were being polished out of the wing mirrors. After a week or so of owning the van we noticed small dings on the body work and took it to an independent body shop to have them removed. He picked up that on the passenger rear quarter that it had had a very poor paint job done. Whilst cleaning the van we also noticed the front brake discs were heavily burred. As we were told that everything on the van would be done that needed doing , so we rang Listers again. After this review I was contacted by Listers, they took the van in to rectify the paint work. I am pleased with the outcome however it did take 2 attempts. They say the say the brakes are sufficient for an MOT. Still need to improve on communication. I did all the chasing up to see when the van would be completed to be re-delivered. Therefore I have changed it from a 1* review to a 3* Had to deal with listers again regarding heating system. Dealt with Justin whom was very helpful and communication was good. Work done promptly. The young man who brought out the courtesy vehicle was very polite and helpful.

Please note this would of been 1 star review if it wasn't for Emma Walker who I dealt with there. (Apparently a trainee, but is more professional than the other people I'd dealt with there in the last 2 years) After over 8 months back and fourth with a problem with my VW T6 and being fobbed off Emma made sure the process of the repair was dealt with, organised everything as I'd explained the situation and problems I'd been having with VW Coventry (Listers commercial) She'd phoned with updates daily like she promised and pushed for my vehicle to be done as I was struggling for room in the courtesy van they had organised. Please VW / Listers recognise your staff you have here as everyone I've dealt with is Misserable or have a bad attitude except Emma. She's a great asset to your team and I wish the best for her career.

Happy to report that the Van Centre held to the promotion that was emailed to me earlier in the year. Overall, great value and service. There is room for improvement: VW failed to pick up on other ancillary wear (not MOT related) that was mentioned prior, specifically the lose door handle. A minor point but a clear point for improvement.

From making the initial enquiry to picking up the van less than 48 hrs, vehicle immaculately presented, no hanging around waiting for sales people, telephone queries answered with good knowledge, telephones calls returned promptly, all in all a very stress free experience. Gavin was excellent, couldn't do enough for you, was even willing to stay late when we thought we might not make it in normal working hours, a lot different from our last experience with a VW dealer. As far as the recall goes they've been great. But the fact ive got a caddy 1.6 tdi 2012. With the 3 injector gone an still waiting to find out if there going to pay for this one. Its only done 37k this is not what you want from a vw. Really not happy ive been selling vw for years telling people how good they are , yet ive had nothing but grief with this one.
