Purchased Mini Cooper S from Tim at Marton Car Sales. travelled some distance to get the car and Tim kindly offered to collect me from the station. Car was in absolute immaculate condition, having been valeted and had the engine bay cleaned as well!! Tim showed me round the car then let me get on with having a look myself. Literally everything worked perfectly and had been cleaned to factory standard. It’s an eleven year old car that looks like it just rolled off the production line. Price was fair for such a mint condition car, plus warranty included, and he even stuck some fuel in the tank as he knew I had a distance to drive home. In summary, if I had to buy another car, I’d happily travel the 400 miles again to purchases from Tim at Marton Car Sales, as he went more than the extra mile to provide me with an excellent customer service experience. Car buying is meant to be a fun experience, not one fraught with suspicion and anxiety, and Tim TOTALLY understands this. Good guy, hard worker, and an honest and credible businessman 👍👍

Tim was fantastic throughout the car buying process. I was able to view the car without pressure and I was effectively left to it, which I appreciated. I was given the keys and allowed to take it for a test drive. There were zero pushy sales tactics either to buy the car or funding it. Great advice was given about the car specifically and in general, and I was given a comprehensive history of the car. Recently bought a car from here, Tim made everything really easy from start to finish, quick responses to emails and test drive sorted no problem. My mum rang Tim about a car she had found for me and he dealt with her in prompt time. We went down the next day to look at the car and it was ready for a test drive, we were aloud to test drive the car on our own and left to decide what we thought about it, there was no pressure to purchase the car at all, when it came to the paperwork Tim was very professional but we also had a bit of craic as well. After speaking to Tim over the phone, I travelled down from Newcastle the following day to view and test drive a Honda Accord in person. Tim was straight forward and very professional in my dealings with him. He was certainly not pushy and let the quality of the car speak for itself. Tim readily agreed to allow an independent inspector (from CarExamer) to look over the car. The report and verbal feedback that I received about the quality of the car was superb, as was the inspector's feedback about Tim, who allowed the inspector to do his work, uninterrupted, inside the garage. Tim did not attempt to distract him or to discover the results of the inspection as he was confident about the quality of the car he was selling. Needless to say, I bought it. Thanks Tim, I am a very happy buyer.

A great buying experience. We had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Tim in Oct 21, we were under no pressure to buy at all, nothing was too much trouble, answered all questions that were asked, and as we didn’t know the area Tim even recommended where to test drive the vehicle. We asked if it could be delivered, and it was arranged ‘without’ problem. The guys that delivered it were really friendly, and the dog was lovely, ‘sorry guys’.
