Went to sanburn .24/04/2022..they were on their lunch...but still served me...they went above and beyond to help me... Top notch service..,great lads .ignore the negative reviews..( you can't please some people🙄) remember the lunch hour 1pm - 2pm.. Highly recommend them to anyone . 👌👌👌

Quick service with a huge amount of used vw parts from the smallest piece to largest. Easily accessible with good parking. Staff are very helpful and have time to deal with customers and assist with any query. Completely shut between 1-2pm for lunch so be aware if you need something at that time. On the whole though, a fantastic buying experience and would recommend for used parts

100% fantastic service again from a breakers yard who know their car parts. Thanks to Wayne for the prompt service today when I came in to buy a rack for my Toledo. Have used these guys for years and they know a lot more than some ‘time served’ mechanics. Always a pleasure spending money here

June 2019 - They sadly didn't have the part I needed for my Passat but it is 18 years old now and the guy explained they were no longer breaking that model. He still took the time to look through the box of caliper carriers they had 1st to double check though and was generally very helpful, including suggesting a place down the road and also another one in Rugby where I might find the part. I will definitely be coming back as I also have a 10 plate Golf and may well need get parts for that at some point. Update 01/07/20 - The 3rd time now that Dave has been a massive help with parts for a VW! Despite being really busy and it getting towards the end of the day, Dave still found the time to help me out and I got the parts I needed for my Golf - Dave even advised me on my boot lock and saved me from buying a replacement one I didn't actually need, plus I managed to sort out the boot lock light on the dash when I got back this evening. A massive thanks to you Dave - You are a true legend! Thanks also to Dave's daughter, who was also very pleasent and helpful when speaking to her on the phone.

I have recently ordered a new engine for my car from Sanburn Auto, as you can appreciate I was a bit apprehensive as I was ordering it on the phone and over 200 miles away. The gentleman Dave initially took my order but handed me over to George to manage the whole process. After ordering I read some of these reviews and I was even more worried especially when the engine didn't arrive the next day as promised. George was fantastic he phoned the delivery company and asked where it was and a genuine reason was provided. He kept in contact with me and I feel that we have become friends. However the following day the engine still didn't arrive. Can I just say that all this was down to the delivery company and not Sanburn Autos. My experience of Sanburn Auto has been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone, their knowledge and support is way above what is expected. Due to the delay George has been able to secure a refund of the delivery charge, he has even gone out of his way to purchase an item that I needed for the car that local dealers were quoting at over £179 and the dealers up in Coventry were quoting as £30. George has even offered to bring it down to me in South Wales., His honesty and integrity has shone throughout this experience and it has restored my faith in people. My experience of this company certainly doesn't reflect some of the reviews. I cannot thank George enough and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy form Sanburn Autos again. To reassure those that are thinking of using this company, I have no connection to the company and had not heard of them until I did an internet search on Monday for a new engine. Heulwen

You can find almost anything for your Vw audi skoda etc.. sometimes at a briliant price but sometimes at a hillarious price. Customer service a bit slow..
