I had a good experience at Harwoods when purchasing my A7, there were a few things that needed dealing with (ie when I found a small dent) but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would recommend this place if you are looking for an Audi from an honest dealer, and I found their prices very competitive. The experience was so fair that we purchased a Q2 for my wife also (which my daughter loves!)

Callum helped me with the purchase of my A3, the introduction and the showing of cars was great, we talk about the main things I was looking for and I was shown a couple good options. There was trust given with the test drive, he asked me if I would like to drive the car and let me and my friend go out alone with the car. As a younger customer I liked how accommodating they were and provided a good quality service.

My Experience with Audi got off to a bit of a rocky start. However, immediately upon a learning of my dissatisfaction they went above and beyond to ensure that the rest of my experience was as seamless and pain-free as possible. Harwoods Audi in Crawley is a great Audi Dealership, they have any Audi and other car you'd expect to be in a dealer like this, ranging from an A1, to a Q7, and even to the high end models such as RS6's and R8's. The staff here are excellent, they have all the knowledge and expertise. The layout indoors is great, Q7's at the back and High end cars at the front. Outdoors there is a variety of Audi models as well as the odd BMW, VW or Nissan. I've heard from friends that the mechanic's and workshop is very good and they always to a proper job. The location of Harwoods is remote compared to the others such as Mercedes and BMW in the industrial estates however Harwoods is my personal favourite as it's next to the M23 and it's not in a crowded area. I definitely recommend Harwoods Crawley Audi to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

We originally contacted Harwoods in October regarding a new Audi. The appointment made, we arrive to discuss our possible options? Mark is our sales person. I have always regarded first impressions and customer service as an indication of the level of service I am about to receive? Harwoods, and especially Mark, are polite and considerate from the outset. Mark gave us a list of options, with recommendations. The plan to return a few days later to discuss our preferred options for the new car. Returning, we discussed the options and prices to our satisfaction, choice of colour etc. Signed on the dotted line. Expected delivery early 2021? Harwoods followed up with emails and revised delivery dates. On the day of collection we are handed the keys, a brief introduction to the layout, and we drive away. 18/12/21 UPDATE I have looked into Hardwards escalation process and they have contacted me very quickly following this processes. So far I am very impressed with Hardwards group and they have already proposed a resolution to my car problems. I will update again when when I have a further update. Thank you Harwards for taking this on beyond the branch. Original Post When they were Inscape, service was excellent, both sales and customer service. Since the change over worst experience, I have ever had. They refuse to repair my car in warranty due to an undocumented recommendation. I have a bill for £280 to replace legal tires. After saying they would find donor tires 4 months ago instead of me having to buy some I still wait. To top off the experience they insinuated I was a liar and that what the hand book tells you to do is wrong. Every time we ring, no one what is going on and don't return calls. Between this garage and Audi, the UK will not waste my money on Audi again. For reference, this is my 2nd Q5 in 3 years with a drive chain fault. As such I will not be going there again between faulty cars then bad customer service.

I collected a brand new Audi Q4 from Harwoods in Crawley on Saturday having only walked in less than 4 business days prior for a test drive. Mark Scruby a Sales executive and Alex Evans the Sales Manager have been striving to find me an S3 just like the one I sold to them last year. My Navarra Blue S3 was the best car I had ever owned and wanted another, I did not realise how much I missed it until I sold it....... They even got one brought up from Southampton for me to try. All in all it is Customer Service in the true sense of the word. I visited the showroom to get so more information on a possible new company car, and was met by Joe Anderson. We have just collected our used car from Fareed at Harwoods, an S1. We saw it on Sunday, had a test drive which Fareed arranged very quickly, fell in love with the car, went away to make sure it was the right car for us, came back and put down our deposit, mentioned a few issues which Fareed sorted and he went over and above in getting the bumper sprayed, mats in the back etc., so when we went to collect it this afternoon we couldn’t have been more pleased. We own an S5 already so are aware of the Audi specification and standards to expect. We received the Audi approved car status, free 5 days insurance, free parts and service for a year so we are very comfortable with our purchase and huge thanks to Fareed for being such a super person to deal with. Fantastic service by Audi. We were immediately greeted by a young lady when we walked in and only waited a little while to see a salesman. We went only to have a look at a vehicle we liked and was greeted by a very friendly chap called Connor. Connor took us over to the Audi A3 and explained everything about it. From the moment we walked into Crawley Audi early Jan 2020 we were made to feel so welcome. Our first chat was with Amy who explained the finance options available to give us some ideas and signposted us to the brilliant website for more inspiration. The following week we met with Paul Dendy who had already made contact with us ahead of the appointment via a video message on email which really helped. Paul talked us through lots of options for new and used Audis to make sure we not only got the right car, but it matched our budget as well. Time wasn't a problem and at no point were we felt rushed or under pressure, which is so important. We found an approved used car on site which totally ticked all of our boxes and the finance agreement was brilliant. We went for a test drive, absolutely LOVED it and I shook hands that same day and paid a deposit. The rest of the journey to be the owner of my dream car was seamless and stress free and exactly what we needed with our complicated lives as parent/carers of a child with profound Autism.The next two visits to finalise the finances and then the wonderful handover meant we had to bring our son in with us. The support we received from Paul was fantastic. He listened to the needs of our son and put very simple measures in place to help support him and engage with him and we could not be more grateful. Ryan was very happy there thanks to Paul and CBeebies on his iPad. Little things make BIG differences. I'm now the owner of the car of my dreams. Having bought a number of cars through my local Audi dealer in Belfast, I was a little apprehensive about buying a new A6 Avant Black Edition through a dealer that I had never even visited! The Crawley branch was referred to me after I had requested quotes from the broker ‘Orangewheels’. Although my local dealer had offered a significant discount, the Crawley branch were able to reduce that quote by several thousand pounds and nervously I placed the order with them. From start to finish the transaction was seemless. Hannah Smith handled the whole deal, the majority of which was easily done via email. Any queries I had were answered quickly, and the completion date was brought forward a number of weeks. This coincided with a family break in London, so I asked Hannah if the handover could be organised for a Saturday morning to fit in with my return to Belfast. I don’t think Hannah normally worked Saturdays but once again, no problem and the handover, paperwork and finance was all completed quickly to suit me, straight onto the motorway for the journey home. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation on recommending the Crawley dealership even if it meant dealing at distance and when it comes to changing I’ll be sure to contact them.

Wow wow wow, yet again the team Crawley at Audi have come to our rescue. We have a 10yo A6 Avant, not only do they price match for us making an Audi stamped service as cheap as a small archway type garage. They have gone above and beyond. Our daughter's seatbelt was jammed stuck with her in it, with her wriggling it had gone tight and wouldn't release. Faced with having to cut the seatbelt to get her up I called them. Paul from the workshop gave me some tips and said if the didn't work to bring the car in. Needles to say they didn't work, so we took the car straight to them. He was amazing and managed to get her out by braking the outside case of the fastener. Not only did he save the day he saved us thousands on not having to get a new seatbelt. Well done and we are forever grateful. Best customer services ever.
