Went auto xchange after enquiring about a car. Put down £100 reserve fee to hold the car until I could view it. Liked the car. Richard and Clive are cool guys. They offered us fair trade in price on our existing car and agreed to refurbish the wheels on the car we wished to purchase. Unfortunately between agreeing this and picking up the car the following weekend my wife got made redundant. This obviously made going through with the purchase difficult for us because of finances. I rang them and they were really nice about it and there was no problem whatsoever getting the £100 reserve fee back. Now to sum up: They gave us a fair trade in price. They put 12 months mot on the car. They refurbished the wheels. We then basically pulled out of the deal and they still gave us the £100 back! I liked these guys they were easy going and not pushy. I have read some of the other reviews and some are not great. My thoughts are theres always two sides to a story and I'm pleased I ignored them. When things are back to normal for us financially we are without doubt going straight back to them to buy a car! They are guys who keep their word! Thanks Jim

We saw a Peugeot Partner for sale on auto trader at a very reasonable price and went to see it over the xmas period as soon as we arrived we were given the keys and left to look over the car with no pressure or sales pitch apart from a mention that the turbo had problem, we took the car for a spin and liked it a lot James provided a professional approach to the sale with no pushing or hard tactics. We felt at ease with the assurances and care given to us that the car would be in perfect condition with warranty and MOT delivered to our home address 40 miles away, these guys are professional, polite and very thorough We would recommend them to any one wishing to buy a car.

Fantastic example of good customer service, Had a great deal with a Peugeot 508sw, nothing has been too much trouble for James and the team there. Everything I asked to be done prior to collection was done, fully valeted, serviced, MOT etc. I had a slight problem with rear brake pads on one side, I was booked in next day under warranty and they replaced pads and disks, no quibbles or cheap fixes. I can highly reccomend this garage. Well done. John Tamworth

Excellent customer service! Had to travel to Autoxchange to view the car so wanted to buy and take away that day. They made sure car was valeted and serviced before my arrival. I got a great price on my part ex. Very happy with my shiny Red Skoda Fabia. Excellent car would recommend Autoxchange to everyone it's well worth the journey.
