Just wanted to say thank you to Jason and the team at Big Car Buyer. I needed to sell my car, and naturally was looking for the best price. I tried the usual websites with the jingles and TV adverts but had been put off by Admin fees and tales of the offer price being adjusted (down) even if accurately described. After entering my details in the Big Car Buyer website, Jason was prompt to call. He explained that their aim was to give the best price for cars based upon an honest assessment of condition and once we had gone through the appraisal of my car, gave me a very fair price which he happily guaranteed – in writing – as long as I had been honest. Can’t be fairer than that. We made the appointment and two pleasant chaps turned up, at the prescribed time, to inspect the car. Having gone over it and the paperwork for 20 minutes, they called back to Head Office to report on condition. Jason was pleased to confirm that they agreed the car was as described and the guaranteed price would be paid immediately. We hadn’t even completed this call before the agreed amount was in my bank account! Having bought and sold a number of cars, this rates as one of the most straightforward vehicle transactions I’ve had. It was, above all, honest and stress free! I wish Big Car Buyer and NK Motors every success with this venture.

Boom the cars were gone. What a service this company offers, Jason agreed a price via phone call and the next day his guys came with all paper work for the cars, the collection guys just like Jason were so professional, didn't make me feel uneasy when looking over the cars, a price was agreed and the money was paid immediately. The whole process was simple, easy and straightforward! The best part is, the offer made was fair and just - completely blowing away offers I've had from other well known car buying companies! The offer made wasn't reduced for silly, age related characteristics of the car, which is what happened with other companies.
