Excellent experience at Brvo Autos Derby. I arrived without an appointment to view a car I’d seen online. When I got there the salesman Jason quickly arranged for it to be brought round for me to look at and test drive. After taking the car out we looked at the figures, including a decent valuation for car . A few hours later and I was driving my new car home. Coffee and food was provided while I waited and the whole experience was generally hassle free. All staff friendly. I am delighted with my new car. It is in perfect condition and was the spec I was looking for at a good price. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

Great advice by Joe. No messing about with inflated prices you send hours negotiating on. Great part exchange given for well priced replacement. Great 3 year warranty, works out cheaper than current RAC cover and also includes warranty. No pressure to take, but it made financial sense.

Reserved a car online but changed my mind may 11th-12th, well within my right to do so as they advertise. Still have not had my money back despite numerous calls to their derby branch chasing this. UPDATE: The manager called me and apologized for this and admitted I had fallen through the cracks. I now have my money back and thank the manager for his sincere apology.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I would hugely recommend going if you are thinking of buying a car. Dayne who looked after me and my purchase was brilliant start to finish and through to aftercare as well. Facilities are good, and staff are friendly, welcoming. Most of all, the whole process was painless, everything sorted in a timely manner and efficiently meaning no unnecessary hanging around or painful negotiating! Also worth noting, I had been to a fair few other dealerships looking for a car recently and found they were particularly pushy and almost too quick to thrust the first car upon you that they could. Certainly not the case here, and it feels like they are actually bothered about you getting the right car and a decent car! Fair and honest which is what makes the biggest difference over my past experiences.

From my initial query, to driving off in the car, Joe was brilliant. Joe sent a detailed video of the car, answered all questions and on arriving at the garage, the car was exactly as described, and purchasing was a seemles transaction. Good price for our new car and a decent p/x price Jim was very good, they was a few little nicks on the car I noticed on the day I picked the car up, took the car back a week or so later to get rectified and they did it to a good standard, would definitely use again!

Bought a car from Bravoauto back in August, have had absolutely no issues. Came with brand new tyres and a fresh MOT. Ben was great, very clear about the process and even filled up the tank as they couldn't deliver on the day I wanted. Great service, will definitely be back for my next car!
